Josh Brolin has been pictured kissing Kathryn Boyd.
The No Country for Old Men actor was seen smooching with the blonde, who has reportedly worked for him as an assistant, in Rome this weekend. According to People.com, the pair "wandered the cobblestone streets and stopped at the famous Trevi Fountain."
Josh, 46, has been single since his divorce from Diane Lane, his wife of eight years, was finalized last year.
The actor - who also had a stint in rehab November last year after a number of drunken incidents - in is in Italy working on Everest, about an ill-fated expedition up the world's highest mountain in 1996, which resulted in eight people's death when their team got caught in a blizzard. The movie will also star Jake Gyllenhaal, Jason Clarke and John Hawkes.
In preparation for the film, Josh and Jake went for a hike in the Santa Monica mountains, but things took a downward turn after they lost sight of their direction markers. "They'd started out in Malibu canyon and followed marked paths until they got to a rocky area where Jake wanted to climb. When they started back down the other side of the mountain, Jake kept insisting he knew the way but after an hour, Josh realized Jake had no clue."

Lady Gaga Settles Out of Court with Former Assistant

Lady Gaga has settled the lawsuit placed against her by her former assistant and ex-best friend.
The pop singer's former employee Jennifer O'Neill hit at Gaga with a lawsuit claiming the pop singer owed her $380,000 in overtime pay. In the lawsuit, O'Neill claims to have been at Gaga's side 24/7, even to the point of having to sleep in the same bed with her in case she needed something in the middle of the night.
In her 200-page witness statement, Gaga called O'Neill a "hoodrat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn." Gaga continued, "The job was essentially a favor, and Jennifer was majorly unqualified for it." In her deposition testimony, Gaga stated, "You don't get a schedule. You don't get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play ... at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is when I need you, you're available."
The court date was set for November 4, but it has now been ceased as the pair came to an undisclosed agreement.

Lady Gaga claims she is "completely aghast" at her former assistant's lawsuit against her.
The "Applause" hitmaker is being sued by her ex-best friend Jennifer O'Neill, who claims the singer owes her $380,000 in overtime payments because she had to spend 24 hours a day with her and share the same bed during The Monster Ball tour in 2010.
The 27-year-old star has submitted a 200-page witness statement to give her side of the story, in which she explains that she rewards her hardworking staff with perks rather than overtime pay: "I am quite wonderful to everyone that works for me. I am going to tell you exactly what ******* happened, so that the judge can read on this transcript exactly what's going on, which is my ex-best friend is a ******* hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn. The job was essentially a favor, and Jennifer was majorly unqualified for it."
Lady Gaga also claims that personal assistants are rarely paid overtime in the entertainment industry.

Lady Gaga Slept with Assistant

Lady Gaga's former personal assistant claims she was forced to sleep in the same bed as the star.
The "Edge Of Glory" hitmaker is being sued by ex-employee Jennifer O'Neill, who claims Gaga owes her $380,000 in overtime payments because she had to spend 24 hours a day with her and share the same bed during The Monster Ball tour in 2010.
According to court papers obtained by the New York Post's Page Six, Jennifer testified, "I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That includes sleeping in the same bed with her. Because she did not sleep alone."
When asked if sleeping with Lady Gaga - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - was a "required" part of her job, she said, "I felt it was. Unlike anybody else on that tour, I did not have my own hotel room. I was not asked if I wanted my own hotel room."

Lady Gaga’s Former Assistant Says She Has No Right to Privacy

Lady Gaga's former personal assistant insists the star has "no right to privacy."
Jennifer O'Neill is suing the "Bad Romance" singer for $380,000 in unpaid overtime from the $75,000-a-year job, alleging she was on call at all times and has issued a subpoena demanding some unpublished photos of Gaga, which she says support her claims.
However, the pop star is fighting the request for the photos - which were taken by Terry Richardson for the Lady Gaga x Terry Richardson book - calling them "private and personal" in court papers, prompting her former employee to argue against her "ludicrous" claim to privacy because of Gaga's outlandish behavior.
"[Gaga] is probably the last person in the world to care about her 'privacy,' exposing herself in all manner of bizarre and intimate ways for the world to see every day," Ms. O'Neill's lawyers wrote in papers filed in Manhattan federal court on Friday.

Courtney Love Sued by Former Assistant

Jessica Labrie has launched a lawsuit against the Hole rocker, claiming she intentionally didn't pay her because she refused to "commit fraudulent, unlawful and unethical acts." In the lawsuit for wrongful termination, wage and breach of contract lawsuit, Jessica - who is also writing a tell-all book about her time with Courtney, provisionally titled Get Me a Xanax - doesn't specify what her employer needed a hacker for, or what documents she was asked to alter.
In the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, she also claims she typically worked more than 60 hours a week for the star while she was employed from June 2010 to July 2011, but had to quit when Courtney wouldn't pay her properly. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Elinore left the position, which she held for just a few months, after deciding she couldn’t cope any longer with the
actress’ “24/7 demands” and erratic behavior.
“Lindsay met Elinore through a mutual friend and she began spending more and more time at Lindsay’s apartment. She was still paying rent on her own place but essentially was living at Lindsay’s. After a few months, Lindsay’s up and down moods and her 24/7 demands just got to be too much. Lindsay can be really bossy and mean when she doesn’t get her own way and Elinore wasn’t even getting paid some of the time,” a source revealed.
Friends of the assistant had been encouraging her to leave for some time because they knew she wasn’t happy working for the 23-year-old star: “Elinore’s friends were telling her to quit months ago. Even the person who introduced her to Lindsay was like, ‘Look, this is too much for you. You need to get out while you still can. But in the end, Lindsay’s demands became too much for her. She couldn’t take it anymore and she finally had to quit.”
