Alec Baldwin's stalker has been charged with violating the protection order against her.
Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin, 40, was taken away in handcuffs from a Lower Manhattan court in New York on Tuesday after it was revealed she had been tweeting about the 30 Rock actor and his wife Hilaria Baldwin.
One tweet sent on November 8, which she tagged Hilaria in, said, "How Hilaria Baldwin beZEN, peaceful yogi, Alec Baldwin keep my INJUSTICE+break my life? (sic)." Her lawyer Maurice Sercarz, also quit after revealing she owes him money and has not been taking his advice. According to the New York Post, he told the judge, "Miss Sabourin feels it is a good idea to Tweet, to appear on television and discuss the case in the media contrary to my advice."
Genevieve also claimed she was being unfairly punished, saying, "I've been vilified around the world more than is possible to handle in this case. I'm being treated like a guilty person. This has destroyed my life."

Lady Gaga has advised Lindsay Lohan to ignore her critics.
The "Born This Way" singer has praised the 26-year-old star's performance as Elizabeth Taylor in her new movie Liz & Dick, which aired yesterday, and insisted she is a "great" actress.
Writing on her Twitter page, the 26-year-old singer voiced her support for Lindsay's comeback, saying, "You did a beautiful job on 'Liz & Dick', Let no one bring u down, Liz didnt, they always try to knock the greats down a few pegs (sic)."
Lindsay and Lady Gaga have been good friends for some time and enjoyed a slumber party with singer Lana Del Rey at the Chateau Marmont in July where they apparently spent the evening together "watching old movies and playing board games."

Charlie Sheen is allegedly helping Lindsay Lohan pay back her debts.
The former Two And A Half Men star reportedly sent the 26-year-old troubled actress a check for $100,000 to cover almost half of her hefty tax bill after they bonded while filming Scary Movie 5 together.
A source close to the Liz & Dick star told gossip website TMZ.com that she and Charlie became very close while filming the movie in September and talked about everything including her enormous debts. The 47-year-old father-of-five is said to have instantly offered to write her a check to help her out and she declined. But according to insiders, she was overjoyed when he sent the generous check directly to her business manager last week and immediately used it to pay off a huge chunk of her $233,904 tax bill.

Taylor Swift is reportedly responsible for getting Selena Gomez to get back together with Justin Bieber.
The couple reunited last weekend after the 20-year-old "Love You Like A Love Song" singer's best pal Taylor, 22, reminded her that she is "crazy" about the "Boyfriend" singer, whom she dumped two weeks ago because of trust issues.
Taylor and Selena were spotted on a girls' night out on Saturday night and enjoyed dinner at Osteria La Buca in Hollywood. "When Selena hung out with Taylor she was really stressed out and frazzled about everything with Justin. But Taylor reminded her how crazy Justin is over her and to just try to stay above the fray. The problem between them stemmed from Justin texting other girls. So Selena is embarrassed by what he did because it makes her look stupid, that he would talk to these other girls, and she is also embarrassed that everyone is so invested in their relationship now because of his actions," a source said.

Kris Jenner and her husband Bruce are more in love than ever despite recent rumors he wanted a divorce.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars - who have been married for 21 years and share two biological daughters together, Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 15, as well as eight step-children - are reportedly still crazy about one another and Bruce is said to be hugely proud of his wife, who has successfully managed the careers of their entire family including her world famous daughters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian.
"Kris and Bruce are doing just fine. Bruce would never, ever leave Kris because he is too much in awe of her," a source said.
Earlier this month the 63-year-old Olympic gold medalist reportedly consulted a lawyer because he was fed up with Kris, 55, flirting with younger men and her increasingly large ego. But a source close to the couple insists that they are not heading for a divorce because they are still madly in love. "Sure she pushes his buttons and p***es him off from time to time, but deep down inside Bruce is crazy about her. She's the boss of the relationship and he knows this," the insider said.

Lindsay Lohan believes being sent to jail was a "blessing in disguise."
The Liz & Dick star - whose probation is tipped to be revoked over the next few days after she allegedly lied about being behind the wheel during a car crash in June - said she respects the law since going to jail two years ago and claims she has never been drunk while filming unlike Elizabeth Taylor, who she plays in the new Lifetime TV movie.
"Elizabeth was drunk on sets. I've never been drunk on set, ever. I did my time and I respect the law. As hard as it was for me to admit it when I was in denial, it was a blessing in disguise. I was in solitary confinement and I took the time to really get into the right headspace," she said.
But she admitted if she could she would advise her 16-year-old self, "Don't drink and drive. And be careful who you surround yourself with."

Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly engaged to Scott Disick. The 33-year-old reality star - who shares two-year-old son Mason, and a four-month-old daughter Penelope with her boyfriend of almost six years - is said to be over the moon after Scott popped the question during their trip to Paris, France last week.
"We're all so thrilled they've finally decided to get engaged. We're all so fond of Kourtney, and we wish them a long, happy marriage," Scott's aunt Laurie Disick confirmed the news to Star magazine.
The romantic proposal was reportedly filmed for their finale of the reality TV star's upcoming news series Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, which hits screens in January. "Scott's actually been planning to propose for a while. But He just wasn't sure when the moment would be right," an insider also said.

Ariel Winter will remain under her sister's care for now.
The Modern Family actress - who was removed from her mother Christal Workman's care last month amid allegations of emotional and physical abuse - will continue to stay with her sister Shanelle Gray, 34, after Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Levanas decided to extend her temporary guardianship during a hearing yesterday until a full trial is scheduled.
During the hearing, Shanelle's attorney Michael Kretzner referred to the Department of Child and Family Services report, which concluded that the accusations of emotional abuse were "substantiated," but their investigation into allegations of physical abuse by the 14-year-old actress's mother was "inconclusive."

Britney Spears is in the "beginning stages" of planning her wedding.
The singer and X Factor judge has been engaged to her manager, Jason Trawick, since December 2011, but admitted they haven't gotten far with the wedding yet. When asked how the nuptials are going, she told Entertainment Tonight, "Pretty good. We're getting there." She continued she and Jason are in the "beginning stages" of organizing their union.
The 30-year-old also admitted to being a stickler for organization and cleanliness at home, while Jason, 41, is the polar opposite: "I'm OCD. I'm like, to the point where I'm completely anal and he's the complete opposite so we really butt heads in that department."
When asked about the most organized room in their house, she said, "All the rooms. Even the refrigerator is completely organized. Everything is in its place."

Kendra Wilkinson thinks Kelsey Grammer is "disgusting."
The former Playboy model and The Girls Next Door star lashed out at the Boss actor for bringing his three-month-old daughter Faith to a party at the Playboy Mansion last month because he couldn't get a babysitter and says he knows exactly what she thinks about his actions because she left the party in protest.
The 27-year-old star told gossip website TMZ.com, "Oh, he knows how I feel, trust me. I gave him that eye and I left because of that. I think someone said that he wanted to say and I said absolutely not and, like, this is disgusting. It has nothing to do with the Playboy Mansion it has to do with where you bring your baby."
The 57-year-old actor previously defended his decision to bring his daughter and his wife Kayte, 32, to the party and sources close to the family have hit back at Kendra calling the mum-of-one - who is married to Hank Baskett and has a two-year-old son Hank Jr. - a hypocrite. A spokesperson for Kelsey mockingly told The Huffington Post, "Then, that settles it. He must be disgusting."
