Jimmy Kimmel has therapy twice a week. The talk show host has regular chats with his therapist through iChat and he says the sessions have helped him accept his flaws in life.
"I've learned that anxiety affects almost every decision I make. I've learned about boundaries, though I still have trouble enforcing them. I have a hard time saying no to people. I've learned that most arguments have little to do with what you're arguing about - that what people want most is to know they're being heard. Through most of my life, my goal was to 'win' an argument. I was missing the point. That realization has been a great help to me. And I will fight to the death any man who dares say it hasn't."
However, Jimmy admits he still finds it hard to relax when he's not working as he can always find something to do. "Overall I enjoy life, but I also have too much work to do. Whenever I'm relaxing I feel like I'm being lazy - that there's something I need to attend to," he told Playboy.

Charlie Sheen Donates $10K to Injured Teenager

Charlie Sheen donated $10,000 to a teenager for a therapy dog.
The Anger Management actor was moved by the plight of Teagan Marti, 15, who suffered brain, spine, pelvis and internal injuries in July 2010 when she plummeted 100 feet from a Wisconsin amusement park ride and chipped in to pay for the dog who will turn on lights, pick up objects and be her constant companion.
After a friend of the family contacted Charlie through his godfather, Charlie said, "I like to pay it forward. People come into your orbit for a reason. You don't always know what that is ahead of time, but if I ignore these requests then I don't have any opportunity to see where these things lead us, or lead me."
However, he does want some input on the Golden Retriever's name, and joked, "I think they should name the dog Charlie."

Ashton Kutcher is moving in with Mila Kunis.
The Two And A Half Men star - who filed for divorce from his actress wife of six years Demi Moore in December, more than a year after they split following his fling with Sara Leal, 22 in San Diego - has reportedly asked the Black Swan star to move into his 9,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills mansion.
A source told USMagazine.com that the 35-year-old star's male roommate has already left in anticipation of Mila moving in and they can't wait to live together. "They really are perfect for one another. They always have a lot of fun together," a source said.
Friends of the couple said Ashton is a huge fan of Mila's desire to live a low-key, normal life: "They like to chill out. That's Mila's M.O."
The 29-year-old actress, who has known Ashton since she was 14 as they appeared on That 70s Show together, was previously said to be a huge hit among Ashton's friends because she is so "low maintenance."

The Kourtney & Kim Take Miami star's attorney Laura Wasser has filed new legal documents in their divorce battle, accusing the 28-year-old basketball player and his lawyer Lee Hutton of lying when they told the judge they never told her that he was determined to bring their case to trial so he could "blow the lid off reality TV."
The 32-year-old beauty and her lawyer also strongly insinuated that Kris' team has been threatening to use their divorce to "expose" Kim's reality series via the trial, unless they secure an annulment and/or a financial settlement.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Kim's high profile lawyer claims Mr. Hutton bluntly told her, "The Kardashians or Bunim-Murray (producers of Keeping Up with the Kardashians) do not want that to happen."

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Thomas have confirmed they are expecting their first child together.
The 30 Rock star and his yoga instructor wife of eight months said her pregnancy came as "a wonderful surprise" and they feel very "lucky." Hilaria, 28, confirmed the news on Tuesday on Extra, on which she acts as a part-time correspondent, saying, "We've having a baby. [It] was a surprise, a wonderful surprise."
Alec, 54, who already has a 17-year-old daughter Ireland with ex-wife Kim Basinger, revealed he was unaware that his wife was even taking a pregnancy test at their country home and was amazed to discover the news when he heard her screaming in the bathroom: "There's a scream I heard, which is a scream normally reserved [for] if there's a spider in the house. It really is the most amazing thing. I'm lucky."

"No one can understand why she is famous but I can, that is why she is famous! People are so interested in asking why she is famous that it's just an endless cycle. But I can tell you that Kim Kardashian is the world's most famous porn star! She would not be anywhere, I guarantee it, without that sex tape."
However, Spencer claims he doesn't feel threatened by Kim and her family, who have their own reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians: "It's like any Royal family, she is just from a different Royal land. Kim Kardashian is from Mars and we're from Earth, you know what I mean?"

Amanda Bynes has been forced to move out of her New York apartment, after being threatened with eviction.
The troubled former actress has reportedly been called a "disrespectful rule-breaker" by her landlord after complaints from the other tenants. According to gossip website TMZ, "Amanda got a letter from building management earlier this month explaining that her lease would be terminated ... because she's a building nuisance."
Amanda has had a series of legal troubles in the past few months and in December settled two hit-and-run cases after reaching a civil compromise with her victims, saving herself from a potential 12 months in jail. "Amanda Bynes was able to reach a civil compromise in both of her hit-and run-cases. The two separate victims agreed to dismiss the charges after a financial settlement was reached with both... There really is no need to pursue legal charges because damage to their respective vehicles was paid for. Her lawyer Richard Hutton advanced the case and went in early to avoid the media," a source said.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are moving to the UK. The Black Swan actress is jetting off to London to shoot a new sci-fi film by the Wachowski siblings and boyfriend Ashton has decided to join her in the British capital.
"Mila is over for at least six months filming near London and Ashton has decided to head here too. They spend most of their time glued to each other's side," a source told The Sun.
The inseparable couple have been spotted house hunting in the upmarket Marylebone area in central London, where their neighbors would include A-listers Kate Hudson and Guy Ritchie.
Mila, 28, will spend several months in London filming futuristic flick Jupiter Ascending alongside Les Miserables star Eddie Redmayne, in which she plays a Russian immigrant targeted by the Queen of the Universe because she possesses the same genetic makeup.

The Fashion Police host is friends with both stars and thinks they set a great example to the rest of the UK: "I know Adele from years back and I've hung out with Robert Pattinson in London since I was 19. It makes me so proud of my country that they're all doing so well. Rob was at the Soho House party in LA [after the Golden Globes], and the last time I saw him there, his friend was stealing the toilet roll. Ellen Kardashian - who was married to The X Factor host's father Robert before his death from cancer in 2003 - claims the 28-year-old reality TV star, her brother Rob, 25, and her older sisters Kim, 32, and Kourtney, 33, weren't close to their father before his death and dismissed their accusations that she married him on his "deathbed."
"I was with Robert for almost five years total. I dated him for three years, and he proposed to me in 2001. We married two months prior to his passing in 2003 and planned a wedding -- we didn't just run right out and get married. In fact, I met with the girls just the week before to go over all our plans. We had a beautiful wedding with the girls and all of his family at our home. It's sad they choose to lie when they know their father was so happy on that wonderful day. I have nothing to hide. I have not belittled them or chastised them or said shameful things about them. If this was about money, I would have done this nine years ago, because I'm not the one who was left the insurance policy," she said.
