Jane Lynch’s Ex-Wife Seeks Spousal Support

Jane Lynch's estranged wife Lara Embry is seeking spousal support.
The Glee star announced in July she was legally ending her three-year-marriage to the clinical psychologist, whom she split from in February. Lara has now filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for her attorney fees to be paid by Jane, along with spousal support despite the 53-year-old actress previously seeking to terminate the court's jurisdiction to award spousal support to her ex-wife, according to People.com.
Jane recently insisted their divorce was "not a horrible" thing: "It's not dramatic. "It's not a horrible thing. It's something that we're dealing with. It's two people who just decided it's better to go apart than stay together."
The former couple are determined to maintain an amicable relationship for Lara's daughter, Haden. "All's good. We have a little girl - she has a little girl who's very dear to me. She's 10, and she's doing great ... We have to remain adults, which we have. We keep everybody's - especially Haden's - good in our mind," Jane added.

Michelle Williams has reached out to Lea Michele.
Lea, 26, has been struggling to cope since her boyfriend Cory Monteith, 31, died from a heroin and alcohol overdose last month and Michelle - whose former boyfriend, Heath Ledger, died of an overdose in 2008 - has reached out to her. "Michelle is probably the only person who knows what Lea is going through. Lea was deeply touched by the gesture. Michelle made a huge impact and Lea has been feeling better. There are a lot of parallels between Heath and Cory so Michelle can really understand Lea," a source said.

Kanye West has revealed the first picture of his daughter. During an appearance on his girlfriend Kim Kardashian's mother's chat show, he showed a photograph of North, who was born two months ago, explaining to Kris Jenner that they didn't want to sell the first pictures and he thought Kris' show was the perfect place to introduce her.
"It's all this talk about baby pictures and 'can you get paid for the baby picture or do you want to put it on a magazine.' And for me and your daughter we have not attempted to get paid for anything, we have not attempted to put it on a magazine. You just stop all of the noise and I thought it would be really cool on her grandmother's season finale to bring a picture of North," he said.

Eva Longoria has split from Ernesto Arguello after four months of dating.
The former Desperate Housewives star and the Miami-based entrepreneur - who met when he starred on Ready For Love, the ill-fated reality TV show she produced - called time on their relationship this week after she decided it wasn't working out.
"It wasn't that serious. He was fun," a source said.
The news will come as a shock to friends, who believed Ernesto, 34, was so serious about the 38-year-old beauty that he was already considering marriage. "Eva is a firm believer in marriage. Ernie may be a player when he is single, but he's never cheated on anyone and is very religious. I think the fact that he's so family oriented is what got her. My guess would be they'll be married within the next year. It's very real - they're both in love, which is rare for him. They're always together. His family likes her a lot ... they've never seen him so taken by someone. Eva is so down to earth, she doesn't 'act famous' at all. He is definitely not dating her because she is famous ... they're not a Hollywood couple. They're very real and very in love," a friend previously said.

Kanye West went shopping for wedding rings on Friday.
The "New Slaves" hitmaker, whose girlfriend Kim Kardashian gave birth to their first child, daughter North West, in June, was spotted looking at diamond-encrusted jewelry for their upcoming wedding at Cartier in Beverly Hills.
"Kanye was looking really carefully at wedding bands, like he was making a big decision. And by big, I mean, BIG -- the stuff he was looking at was the most expensive, biggest diamonds in the whole store," a source told TMZ.
The 36-year-old rapper left the store empty-handed despite handing over his credit card at the counter and it is believed he ordered a custom-made piece for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 32, who was married twice before.
A source previously revealed that the couple, who were spotted out together in public for the first time with their two-month-old daughter this week, are in the final stages of planning their big day, which is tipped to take place in Paris. "He wants something really cool and big and over-the-top. They'll most likely have a destination wedding. Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding. So Kim is getting used to the idea again," the insider added.

In a not-so-surprising turn of events, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are rumored to be following in the footsteps of their besties Jay-Z and Beyonce.
The new parents of one are rumored to be ditching the lucrative deals thrown at them by the likes of Vanity Fair so that they can post photos of their firstborn, North, through a social media site.
Whether it's because West doesn't want to "pimp out" his child (as UsMagazine reports he said) or because Kimye wants so hard to be like beloved power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce, it's unfair that the supposed $4 million offered to them for North's photos will no longer go towards a charity, as momager Kim Jenner previously stated it would.
I guess we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled and glued to Kanye's and Kim's Twitter accounts to find out their final decision.

Darren Criss Opens Up About Cory Monteith’s Death

Darren Criss says coping with Cory Monteith's death has been difficult.
The Glee cast have started filming the fifth season of the show, just two weeks after leading man Cory, 31, died from a heroin and alcohol overdose and Darren admitted they are all going through a tough time. "Obviously it's been a very rough time. When you start picking up the pieces after something as tragic as this, and it's funny that you say that, you don't know how to breach it, we're picking up the pieces now and there's two things you gotta remember. One, is he was a really funny guy and he loved life. He always took care of his friends and wanted his friends to be happy. So it's only right that we, you know, try and start to smile again and laugh again. It's something that he would have wanted," he told talk show host Conan O'Brien.
While Darren was shocked by Cory's death, he is grateful he got to know the actor during their time on the show together. "He was a joy. Wonderful guy. Personal note, he will be severely missed, but I'm just so happy that a guy like him got to touch as many lives as he did while we were lucky enough to have him," he said.

Lea Michele has made a pilgrimage to the hotel where her boyfriend, Cory Monteith, died.
The devastated Glee star made her first public outing since 31-year-old Cory was found dead from a heroin and alcohol overdose last weekend to the Vancouver hotel where he passed away. According to an eyewitness, Lea, 26, was "out of her mind" with grief when she stopped at a makeshift memorial to the star outside the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel.
Rik Feydik, who claims to be a friend of Cory's, spotted Lea about an hour after the family left the body at the hospital. "Lea was in the back seat of one of the vehicles sitting between two bodyguards. She was wearing her signature huge black shades. Lea never got out of the vehicle but she stayed parked in in front of the memorial for five to seven minutes," Feydik said. When Rik approached the cars they raced off. "They were driving crazy," he added.

Denise Richards to Retain Custody of Charlie Sheen’s Twins

Denise Richards will keep custody of Charlie Sheen's twins for the rest of the year.
The 42-year-old star was granted temporary custody of her ex-husband and Brooke Mueller's four-year-old twins, Bob and Max, back in May after Brooke's drug use spiraled out of control. The boys will now be allowed to remain with Denise - who also has two children, Lola, eight, and Sam, nine, from her marriage to Charlie, as well as adopted daughter Eloise, two - while Brooke proves she can stay sober for the sake of her kids.
"[Child protective services] recommended that while Brooke continues to get treatment for her drug addiction, the twins continue to live with Denise for the rest of the year. Brooke is going to need to demonstrate during that time a commitment to her sobriety and recovery, and not have any dirty drug tests. Denise is thrilled to take care of the twins and hopes to make it permanent. The boys are doing extremely well in her care," a source said.

Cory Monteith has died at the age of 31.
The Glee actor was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada yesterday and - while there are no implications of foul play - no cause of death has been confirmed yet. "We are so saddened to confirm that the reports on the death of Cory Monteith are accurate. We are in shock and mourning this tragic loss," said Cory's publicist Melissa Kates.
The star - who played Finn Hudson in the musical drama - was discovered in his room by hotel staff after he failed to check out at the designated time. In a statement, Acting Chief Doug LePard commented, "Shortly after noon today, the Vancouver Police received a call from the BC Ambulance Service regarding a sudden death in a room on the 21st floor of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel at 1038 Canada Place in downtown Vancouver. The deceased has been identified as 31-year-old actor Cory Monteith, who achieved great fame on the popular TV series Glee."
Meanwhile 20th Century Fox and Fox Broadcasting Company - the executive producers for the show - paid tribute to an "exceptional talent." They added, "We are deeply saddened by this tragic news. Cory was an exceptional talent and an even more exceptional person. He was a true joy to work with and we will all miss him tremendously. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones."
