Lewis Hamilton wants to propose to Nicole Scherzinger in the New Year.
The couple, who ended their five-year romance in June, reportedly got back together a month ago and are trying to keep the reunion a secret, but Lewis has plans to pop the question after Christmas. "This will be the third time Lewis has planned to pop the question. But he believes this time is different. Both of them have benefited from the split, realizing it's impossible for them to be without each other. He wants to take Nicole to romantic Carmel and present her with the ring. There's no doubt in his mind she'll say 'yes,'" a close friend told The Daily Star.
The X Factor judge, 35, and the 28-year-old racing car driver have had a number of break-ups in the past, and the Nicole has reportedly told friends she wants to be "absolutely sure" before going public with their romance.
The pair celebrated Thanksgiving together at Lewis' parents' home last Thursday, sparking speculation they are in a relationship, but so far the former Pussycat Dolls singer has denied the rumors they are back together.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are planning to get married at the Palace of Versailles.
The couple - who have six-month-old daughter North together - have their sights set on having a spectacular ceremony at the royal chateau, which is located southwest of Paris, and money is no object to Kim and Kanye.
"Kanye has never been married and wants a big [wedding]. They are not working with a budget," a source told Us Weekly.
When Kim was 19 she married music producer Damon Thomas in 2000 but they split in 2003 when he filed for divorce. The sexy star then tied the knot with her second husband, basketball player Kris Humphries, in a $10 million wedding in August 2011, but filed for divorce just 72 days later.
Kanye is taking responsibility for planning the big day, which he wants to be the "biggest show on earth," and Kim is happy to let her fiance take control.

Joe Jonas has been slammed as a "bad artist" by Dylan Sprouse.
The former Jonas Brothers star gave a revealing interview earlier this week in which he claimed he felt working for Disney meant he had to "sugarcoat" his true self and had little choice or creative input into his work.
But now his fellow former Disney star Dylan - best known for starring with twin brother Cole in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody - has hit out at his "bulls**t" comments, insisting Joe was more likely dazzled by fame than being prepared to make his own decisions. In a blog post, Dylan wrote, "I think it's bulls**t that they were being robbed of choice or creativity. If they wanted too, they could have told Disney 'No.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame... Nowadays artists just assume they have to do what they are told by their proprietors because there is a 'rigid structure to achievement.' It is nothing more than a scheme to rob you of your individuality and capitalize the gain they acquire from such treachery. If you believe this, not only are you incredibly foolish, but you are a BAD ARTIST [sic]."

Zoe Saldana has finally confirmed she married Marco Perego six months ago.
The Star Trek Into Darkness star, who tied the knot with her Italian beau during a secret ceremony in London in June, has opened up about their wedding for the first time. During an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday, the late night talk show host said, "Congratulations! You got married since the last time I saw you."
The 35-year-old star, who previously dated Bradley Cooper for more than a year, replied, "I did. Thank you, thank you. And congratulations to you, too. You got married."
Jimmy, who married Molly McNearney in July, responded, "Thank you. It's not a competition, though. We don't need to just go around getting married. I got married in Ojai, which is about an hour away from here. It's in the desert. And you?"

Kanye West has hired Andy Warhol's cousin to paint Kim Kardashian.
The 36-year-old rapper, who recently boasted his fiancee is "the most beautiful woman of all time," has commissioned Monica Warhol, who is related to the late legendary pop artist, to create a one-off portrait of the brunette beauty.
Monica told the New York Post's Page Six she is very excited about the project and despite never getting the chance to meet Andy, who passed away in 1987 when she was 10, she believes he would have been very impressed by Kim: "She's an icon. She's famous for nothing. Andy would have loved her. Kim is beautiful. She's so manufactured. She looks like a human Barbie."
Arizona-based Monica has previously painted portraits of rapper Flo Rida that appear in the music video for his song, "How I Feel," and also painted a likeness of Lenny Kravitz, after meeting him in the Church Boutique in Los Angeles.

Denise Richards is reportedly set to meet with the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) this week, after being accused of abusing Brooke Mueller's sons, Bob and Max.
The 42-year-old Twisted actress wants to meet social workers to refute her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's ex-wife's claims that she physically abused and neglected their four-year-old twin boys, as well as Denise's own children with Charlie, Sam, nine, Lola, eight, and her adopted daughter Eloise, two.
"It has been alleged that Denise not only physically abused the children, but neglected them as well. This is being taken very seriously by Denise. To say she is upset and disgusted by Brooke's actions are an understatement," a source said.
Denise secured temporary custody of Bob and Max in May after Brooke was hospitalized for drug abuse but recently withdrew as their guardian because of their violent behavior towards her daughters and they are now living with Brooke's brother.

Joe Jonas has claimed Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato encouraged him to try marijuana.
The squeaky clean star has said his fellow Disney Channel stars - who are both three years younger than him - pressured him into smoking a joint when they were teenagers. "The first time I smoked weed was with Demi and Miley. I must have been 17 or 18. They kept saying, 'Try it! Try it!' so I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don't even smoke weed that often anymore," Joe, 24, told Vulture.
The singer also opened up about his rocky relationship with Demi, claiming the X Factor judge - who went to rehab for "physical and emotional issues" in 2010 - was actually struggling with full-blown "drug abuse" and he only stayed with her because he wanted to help her. "I really got to know her and got to see the ins and outs of what she was struggling with, like drug abuse. I felt like I needed to take care of her, but at the same time I was living a lie, because I wasn't happy but felt like I had to stay in it for her, because she needed help. I couldn't express any of that, of course, because I had a brand to protect," he recalled.

Kim Kardashian has hit back at suggestions she doesn't spend enough time with her daughter.
The reality TV star, who is currently accompanying her fiance Kanye West around the U.S. on his Yeezus tour, lashed out at one critic on Twitter and insisted their five-month-old little girl, North, is with her 24/7.
The brunette beauty was furious after one of her 18.8 million followers apparently questioned her bond with North in response to a tweet she posted on Saturday that read, "We took our baby girl swimming today for the 1st time, she loved it so much! #BestDayEver," and failed to include a photograph of the event.

Mila Kunis wants to have children with Ashton Kutcher and raise them in the Jewish faith.
The couple have the subject of speculation recently with reports claiming the actress is expecting their first baby - and it is said she wants any potential offspring to be raised in her own faith. "[Mila] definitely wants children with Ashton and wants to raise them in her Jewish religion... [He has] dabbled in Kabbalah, the practice of Jewish mysticism. But Mila's family is much more traditional and less Hollywood... Think Coney Island style Russian immigrants. They want Jewish babies and Mila wants to give them to her family. Tradition is very important to her," a source said.
The source also noted that the former That 70s Show co-stars are considering starting a family before they get married. "They want to have a baby now and it's far more important to them than getting married... It's a dream for Mila and Ashton, and even if he doesn't fully convert, he's very much into the idea of having little Jewish babies," the insider added.

Lady Gaga says her boyfriend is "weird on the inside."
The "Applause" singer insisted while she may seem like the eccentric one in their relationship, Taylor Kinney isn't as "normal" as he might appear. "He's very weird. It's like Freaky Friday. [Taylor's] in disguise, he looks normal, but is weird on the inside, and then I'm weird on the outside and equally weird on the inside," she told Extra.
The star also opened up about what makes their romance work and - while she admitted it is a "strange pairing" - said it just seems to work well. "We complement one another. I guess it is a strange pairing. We're happy!" she added.
Gaga recently opened up about the moment she fell for the 32-year-old actor while on the set of her "You & Me" video last year. "We were in the middle of this scene and I remember that he kissed me and it wasn't scripted for him to kiss me and I was sort of like was um, you know, was that real or was that fake? And he didn't really say anything and that was fine by me and we kept filming... And you know, at the end of the day he's my best friend and having your lover be your best friend. I mean, it's the best thing ever. It's the best thing I can say about it," she previously revealed.
