Rihanna and Chris BrownUPDATE: Although they were both at the game, they were not seated near each other.

A new night calls for a new man.

Yesterday evening, Rihanna was spotted out once again with Aubrey “Drake” Graham, the Canadian rapper and Degrassi star. (The two have been linked since they were seen locking lips back in May.) Now she’s reportedly got a date with a former flame.

According to both People and Us magazines, the singer will be seated next to (ex?) Chris Brown at tonight’s NBA Finals game in Orlando. Although it’s unclear whether the two will arrive together, a source claims that they “requested to sit together.” If this is true, the joint appearance will come just two days after the 21-year-old was subpoenaed to testify in Brown’s assault case.

Rihanna’s attorney, Donald Etra, says his client will cooperate fully at that June 22 preliminary hearing. “She will answer any lawfully posed questions by the district attorney and defense counsel,” Etra said. “She is always willing to do what she is lawfully required to do.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Apparently I’m a Celebrity has devalued Spencer Pratt’s fame so much, he didn’t even rank in the Top 100.

After combining figures based on entertainment-related earnings and media popularity, there was a surprise shift in the Forbes annual power list. According to the magazine, now carries more weight than the reigning talk show queen.

Thanks to a high interest in her new twins, several blockbusters (Wanted, Kung Fu Panda) and her ongoing humanitarian work, Jolie has earned the top spot for 2009. Billionaire , last year’s #1, slid by only one spot despite a dip in her program’s ratings. Madonna, Beyonce, Tiger Woods, Bruce Springsteen, Steven Spielberg, Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt and Kobe Bryant round off the Top 10.

Shaquille O'Neal Oprah Twitter

Twitter users have been bracing for impact ever since news broke that Oprah Winfrey had joined and would publish her first tweet today, during a taping of her show. That initial message came through, revealing that Oprah wasn’t completely up to snuff on netiquette. Her initial post was an all-caps message, as she referred to her followers as “TWITTERS.” Now, Shaquille O’Neal has been on Twitter for quite a while, and has called out celebrities for using ghost writers and for other lacks of transparency on the service. When it came to Oprah, he had to call out her caps usage. Shaq is the man.

Michael Phelps

UPDATE: Michael has been suspended for 3 months by USA Swimming. He’s also lost his Kellogg sponsorship.

Although he was previously scheduled to celebrate with the Super Bowl attendees in Tampa, spent this weekend addressing a celebration from last fall. (Note to future Olympic superstars: There’s no such thing as a “private” party with college students.)

Thanks to a picture of him posted online by News of the World, Phelps was forced to apologize to his admirers and sponsors. The photo, supposedly taken in November at a Univ. of South California party, clearly shows Michael inhaling a substance from a marijuana pipe.
