The 15-year-old daughter of Michael has been recovering from her recent suicide attempt and has apparently told social workers at UCLA Medical Center she doesn't want to be under the care of grandmother Katherine and cousin TJ Jackson anymore. The Daily Star newspaper has revealed the troubled star "wants to live," but wants to do so under the care of the "Chain Reaction" hitmaker.

"I want to live. I just don't want to live at home any more. I feel like I'm being stifled there. I miss my dad terribly still and at times I feel like there's no one I can talk to about how I feel. I want to go and live with Diana, who was one of dad's closest friends," said Paris, according to an insider.

It was recently said that the 69-year-old singer was concerned for her goddaughter's well-being but had no intention of stepping on the toes of the Jackson family while the "Thriller" star's children are in good care.

Kanye West and Kim KardashianKanye West refused to leave Kim Kardashian's side before she went into full labor.

The 36-year-old rapper, whose reality TV star girlfriend delivered a healthy baby girl on Saturday morning, cancelled his scheduled appearance at a listening party for his new album, Yeezus, in Los Angeles on Friday night after Kim told him she was feeling "a little off" and supported her during every contraction.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the "New Slaves" hitmaker was in the delivery room when the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star welcomed their baby naturally at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills after going into full labor in the early hours of Saturday morning. Despite being born five weeks early, both mother and baby are in good health.

Another insider told UsMagazine.com that Kanye wouldn't have missed the arrival of their first child for anything, saying, "Of course, Kanye was there with Kim when she went to the hospital and had the baby. She started to feel sick late last night [Friday] and was having contractions. They're all doing great and amazing."

BeyonceBeyonce Knowles has settled a $100 million lawsuit.

The 31-year-old singer has reached an agreement with videogame company Gate Five after allegedly backing out of a deal to create her own motion-capture dance game called Starpower: Beyonce.

Lawyers for both sides signed an agreement dismissing "all claims or counterclaims" without legal fees and filed the papers in Manhattan Supreme Court in New York on Friday. The gaming company's lawyer Peter Gallagher told the New York Post's Page Six, "We've settled amicably. I can't discuss the terms of the settlement, but it was resolved."

The "Love On Top" singer reportedly dropped out of the deal last winter because she claimed that Gate Five had not secured the funding they had promised. The company countered that the Grammy-winner ditched the deal on a whim and claimed it lost its nearly $7 million investment and 70 people lost their jobs. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

A source close to the teenager, who is currently being treated at UCLA Medical Center after attempting suicide by cutting her wrists with a kitchen knife and taking 20 Motrin painkillers at her family's home in Calabasas, California, earlier this month, told gossip website TMZ.com that Paris believes Justin should have spoken out against the issue after some of his female fans started tweeting about cutting themselves as an expression of their love for the singer.

An insider said she was enraged when Justin didn't respond or try to talk them out of it, and she also thinks his recent bad behavior is a "disgrace."
