Fergie has officially changed her name.
The Black Eyes Peas singer, who is heavily pregnant with her first child with her actor husband Josh Duhamel, filed documents in Los Angeles last month requesting to change her name from Stacy Ann Ferguson to Fergie Duhamel and TMZ reports it became official today.
The 38-year-old star, who has been married for more than four years, revealed she wanted to change her name in order to "conform to the first name which she is commonly and professionally known as, and has been for many years." In order for the court to grant her request, the singer had to publish a notice about her new name in a local newspaper for four consecutive weeks.

Ben Whishaw has confirmed he is gay and married to his partner since last year.
The 32-year-old actor - who is best known for playing Q in the James Bond movie Skyfall - revealed he entered into a civil partnership with Australian composer Mark Bradshaw in August 2012.
"Ben has never hidden his sexuality, but like many actors he prefers not to discuss his family or life outside of his work. Due to speculation, I can confirm that Ben and Mark entered into a civil partnership in August 2012. They were proud to do so and are very happy," a spokesperson for the actor said.
Ben and Mark, 30, met on the set of Jane Campion's 2009 movie Bright Star, which Ben starred in and Mark composed the score for. "Everyone's delighted for them. Mark's a lovely guy, very talented and very close to Jane Campion. There hasn't been a chance for a big celebration because of Ben's schedule but I'm sure there will be one at some point," a close friend said.

Robert Pattinson Gets Serious About Riley Keogh

Robert Pattinson and Riley Keogh's romance is heating up. The couple were recently linked and while they have been trying to keep their relationship under wraps, Robert is said to be smitten with Elvis Presley's granddaughter.
"Rob and Riley are having a really great time together, event though it's very early. There is an attraction to each other. They just get each other. Rob thinks Riley has a cool level head and is not impressed by stardom at all. Rob just loves that about her," a source said.
The couple also enjoy spending time at Robert's house rather than taking in the Hollywood party scene and love making music together. "He loves that she'll go into his kitchen for like 10 minutes and come back with a delicious plate of pasta. They just do typical stuff that has pretty much started all his relationships. They get into debates about politics, human rights, things they had read in the papers that morning. She's pretty good on the piano and he'll often pull out his guitar and they'll have a mini jam session, making up silly songs and funny limericks," the insider added.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's wedding only had 60 guests. The couple - who are expecting a son together later this year - chose an intimate ceremony in the village of Vallery in the groom's native France last weekend, with Halle's five-year-old daughter Nahla among the guests.
"The wedding was very intimate and only for family and the closest friends. They wanted a romantic and private situation. I was very touched by the love they show for one another," a source said.
The Monster's Ball actress has allegedly never been happier although she has two failed marriages behind her, friends say she has finally found the man of her dreams. "She feels like she's finally with the man she is supposed to be with," another source said.
Halle, 46, is also thrilled that her five-year-old daughter Nahla adores Olivier, 47, too. "Nahla seems to adore Olivier and was very affectionate with him at the wedding," the insider added.

Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult Reconcile

Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult are back together.
The couple - who split in January after two years of dating - had remained friends and after spending time together on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past and recently, they decided to give their relationship another chance.
"They started the shoot in April as just friends and then one day they started kissing. One thing lead to another and they hooked up. All her old feelings came rushing back. Jennifer has been telling people she's in love again," a source said.
The reconciliation will not come as a surprise to fans, as in an interview shortly before their break-up, Jennifer, 22, gushed about her feelings for Nicholas, 23: "He is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend, too ... I love being around him and he makes me laugh harder than anybody."

Michael Moore is divorcing his wife of 21 years.
The Fahrenheit 9/11 director filed a complaint against his producer partner, Kathleen Glynn, on June 21. According US news site MLive, Michael, 59, and Kathleen, 55, no longer live together and court papers have say there is "no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved."
The couple have no children together but have a long working relationship with Kathleen acting as producer on several of Michael's projects including the controversial documentaries Capitalism: A Love Story and Sicko. The former couple also co-wrote a book together called Adventures in a TV Nation.
Michael is said to be worth around $50 million and won an Oscar for Bowling for Columbine in 2003. Their marital home is believed to be worth $1.2 million.

Jenny McCarthy is dating Donnie Wahlberg.
The bubbly blonde, who previously dated Jim Carrey, recently began a relationship with the New Kids On The Block singer, 43, after meeting him on the set of her VHI chat show The Jenny McCarthy Show in March. "Yes, they recently started dating and are having a lot of fun. They had a blast 4th of July hanging out with a bunch of their friends," a source said.
Sparks flew between the couple, who frequently send each other public messages on Twitter, on Jenny's show when the 40-year-old presenter asked him, "Do you talk dirty while you're having sex," and he replied, "I do." Jenny admitted she was turned on by the interview in a blog post for the Chicago Splash, writing, "Let's just say we visually give 50 Shades of Grey a run for its money. It gets steamy. I mean like really steamy. Being turned on by a guy is always fun but to have it legitimately happen to you on TV is to be turned back into a 12-year-old. Paris Jackson Moves to New Treatment Center

Paris Jackson has moved into a new treatment facility.
The 15-year-old aspiring actress, who attempted suicide last month, left UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday and is now staying at an undisclosed residential treatment center, where she will continue to be supervised and undergo treatment for depression. A source told People.com that the facility was chosen by Paris' grandmother and legal guardian Katherine Jackson, as well as her biological mother Debbie Rowe, who she has recently reconnected with, because they did think she was ready to return home.
"The feeling is that Paris is still a danger to herself. Both Katherine and Debbie want her to get the help that she needs," the insider added.
It was recently revealed that Demi Lovato reached out to Paris. The X Factor judge, who has a history of self-harm and whose estranged father recently died, reached out to the troubled teenager to let her know she is not alone. "With Demi having just lost her dad, she feels a special bond with Paris. She told Paris about how she'd endured horrible bullying about her weight and her looks and even nasty comments about her estranged father. That struck a chord with Paris because of her own controversial father and like Demi, she's been dieting for years.There are so few people in Hollywood who show up during the tough times but Demi is the real deal," a source said.

Lindsay Lohan to Move In with Dina After Rehab

Lindsay Lohan will move in with her mother after leaving rehab.
The 27-year-old actress is determined to clean up her act and wants to live with her mum Dina after completing her 90-days of court-ordered rehabilitation on July 31 - which she was forced to complete as part of a plea deal she struck to avoid jail after lying to police officers about driving in a car accident last year.
"She will definitely start back at home with all of us," Dina said.
The Mean Girls star spent her birthday on July 2 without her family and instead had a low-key celebration "with all the kids at rehab" at Cliffside rehab facility in Malibu. "We couldn't visit because it fell during the week but we mailed her cards and gifts. We're going to work it out to all go visit her again, and then we're planning a pool party," Dina insisted.

Nick Stahl has been arrested for alleged possession of crystal meth.
The troubled Terminator 3: Rise of the Machine actor was arrested along with three other people by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) in a Hollywood motel at 5am on Friday morning, according to TMZ. The police went to the motel to conduct a parole compliance check one of the other people and Nick was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
This is the latest blow for the star who was arrested for allegedly committing a "lewd act" at a porn shop in Los Angeles in December, an incident he claimed was a "misunderstanding." Nick was arrested by undercover vice officers for the LAPD at the store after they allegedly discovered him "touching himself" in a private booth.
He was also reported missing in May 2012 and again the following month. After his fist disappearance he re-emerged and was admitted to a rehabilitation clinic. However, he walked out of the facility and went to stay with a pal but was again reported missing when he failed to return to the friend's home.
