On Gear Live: Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Long-Term Review: Still Worth It?

Mary J. BligeMary J. Blige has confessed she was a "horrible person" at the start of her career.

The "Someone To Love Me" singer garnered a reputation for being a "bad girl" in the 90s as she was battling self-confessed problems with drugs and alcoholism, looking back now she believes claims her behavior was a side-effect of her feeling vulnerable as a person.

"I was a so-called bad girl or horrible person, the reputation that I had. I was young and I was trying to protect myself as best I could. And I have always had a really good monitor for trouble, especially back then," she explained, speaking to Metro.

The 42-year-old star insists the mistakes she made in her past have made her a wiser person and she would advise young musicians to always learn from their errors. Mary - who stars in Christmas movie Black Nativity alongside Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker - said, "When you're young, you're going to make a lot of mistakes but the only way to learn is to make the mistakes, so you have to let them make them. That's how I learned. By making a thousand mistakes."

Joe Jonas and Miley CyrusJoe Jonas has claimed Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato encouraged him to try marijuana.

The squeaky clean star has said his fellow Disney Channel stars - who are both three years younger than him - pressured him into smoking a joint when they were teenagers. "The first time I smoked weed was with Demi and Miley. I must have been 17 or 18. They kept saying, 'Try it! Try it!' so I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don't even smoke weed that often anymore," Joe, 24, told Vulture.

The singer also opened up about his rocky relationship with Demi, claiming the X Factor judge - who went to rehab for "physical and emotional issues" in 2010 - was actually struggling with full-blown "drug abuse" and he only stayed with her because he wanted to help her. "I really got to know her and got to see the ins and outs of what she was struggling with, like drug abuse. I felt like I needed to take care of her, but at the same time I was living a lie, because I wasn't happy but felt like I had to stay in it for her, because she needed help. I couldn't express any of that, of course, because I had a brand to protect," he recalled.

Collin FarrellColin Farrell feared he was "unhireable" due to his battles with drink and drugs.

The 37-year-old actor claims entering rehab for addiction to recreational drugs and painkillers in December 2005 helped salvage his burgeoning Hollywood career as he worried producers wouldn't want to hire him because of his hard-partying lifestyle: "I wouldn't have been able to maintain my life. The inside of rehab was a must-see for me at that stage. I was in a bad place. I'm sure I was becoming somewhat unhireable."

Following his sobering experience in rehab, the Irish star has gone on to enjoy critical acclaim in movies such as Saving Mr. Banks, but he says the greatest joys in his life are his two sons James, 10, and four-year-old Henry. When quizzed about his approach to parenting, he said, "Be present. Just run up and take it from there. My sons are fairly well behaved ... I don't know if that's a testament to me or them but they're lovely young fellas. You try to instil respect, politeness and gratitude for what they have and I just enjoy them immensely."

Josh BrolinJosh Brolin has reportedly checked into rehab for substance abuse.

The 47-year-old actor - who is best known for his roles in No Country for Old Men, W. and Milk - has admitted himself into a treatment facility in Northern California just weeks after allegedly getting into a drunken fistfight at a pub.

"He realized he needed help and is committed to his sobriety," a source said.

Earlier this month, Josh was reportedly seen fighting with an unknown male at O'Brien's Irish Pub in Santa Monica, California. The altercation took place near the entrance of the establishment just after 2am and moments after trading blows Josh is claimed to have shared a hug with his opponent. Just days later, the actor was also seen getting into a heated argument with a cab driver at a taco restaurant drive-thru.

Brooke Mueller and Charlie SheenBrooke Mueller hid two stints in rehab from doctors while she was pregnant.

The 36-year-old troubled star - who has four-year-old twins Bob and Max with Anger Management star Charlie Sheen - is believed to have been battling an addiction to crystal methamphetamine while she was carrying twin boys and allegedly kept this from medical staff involved in the safe delivery of her children - who were born seven weeks early in March 2009.

"Brooke didn't tell her obstetrician that she had been to rehab twice while pregnant... Not one member on her labor and delivery team knew she had been using crystal meth during most of her pregnancy," a source said.

Brooke and Charlie - who wed in 2008 - were both concerned that their children would be taken away from them if this was found out. "At that point, Charlie was very protective of Brooke, and didn't say anything because they both had a real fear that the boys would be taken away from them and placed in foster care. Brooke was also extremely afraid of being criminally charged with child endangerment because of her drug use while pregnant, so nothing was said to anyone," the source added.

Robbie Williams and Miley Cyrus

Robbie Williams fears Miley Cyrus will end up in rehab.

The "Candy" hitmaker - who has done two stints in rehab himself - is concerned for the wellbeing of the 20-year-old singer and is worried the staggering level of fame she has achieved could have a negative effect on her: "Miley's got the world talking and looking at her. And the spotlight that's now upon her is rehab-making. It has a detrimental effect on your psyche. I've had a similar light shine on my direction and it f***s you up - for a long time."

Rob LoweRob Lowe feels "lucky" to have put his wild past behind him.

The 49-year-old hunk was known for his partying and womanizing as a member of the Hollywood "Brat Pack" - also consisting of Charlie Sheen, Emilio Estevez and Andrew McCarthy - in the 1980s but while some of his pals succumbed to their exuberant lifestyles, Rob entered rehab at 26, after a sex tape of himself leaked, and has been sober ever since.

"I am lucky I got through it. A lot of people just don't. You can't drink yourself to death, you can't burn yourself out on drugs, you can't go crazy or let the business eat you up. I definitely enjoyed myself. [But] I have been sober now for 22 years ... 23, in fact. I know that had I not done that, I would never have made it."

The Killing Kennedy star is now happily married to Sheryl Berkhoff - his wife of 22 years - and is a proud family man with two sons, Matthew 20, and 18-year-old John: "My two sons are the most important things in the world to my wife and I - they are what I build my world around."

Joe JonasJoe Jonas has slammed rumors he has a substance abuse problem.

The 24-year-old singer is upset about allegations that he and his girlfriend, Blanda Eggenschwiler's constant partying led to the breakdown of his band, The Jonas Brothers, with his siblings Nick and Kevin, and speculation he recently sought treatment in rehab for drug abuse.

"It's ridiculous! We're not saying anything for two or three weeks and I'm a drug addict! It's obviously not true. I've never touched heroin in my life. Neither has my girlfriend. It's hilarious to me, but also frustrating as well. It p***ed me off when it's about my girl and even about myself. I was walking down the street and people are asking me if they can give me a hug and how rehab is. I'm like, 'You tell me because I've never been,'" the "Pom Poms" hitmaker told People.com.

The brothers decided to call it quits after Nick, 21, told them he had doubts about the band and Joe is eager to set the record straight after taking a few weeks to deal with the split: "We all had to deal with it in our own way. I needed time to clear my head."

Amanda BynesAmanda Bynes will be allowed out of rehab twice a week.

The 27-year-old actress was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in July after her wild behavior led to her allegedly being diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, but she appears to be on the road to recovery as she will be given a pass for supervised outings every week.

"Amanda is being given two passes a week to go the beach, or out to eat and do things like that, accompanied by a professional handler. She is making great progress," a source told FOX411.

The Easy A star was moved to The Canyon treatment facility in Malibu at the end of September after spending two months at UCLA Medical Center and has reportedly been told she will "lead a long, normal life" as long as she continues to take her medication. Amanda's mother Lynn was granted a temporary conservatorship over her daughter in August, shortly after she was taken to a psychiatric unit by police officers, who arrested her after she struck up a small fire in the driveway of a stranger's home in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles. Amanda's parents released a statement about her progress two months ago and said they were upbeat about her recovery.

Cee-Lo GreenCee-Lo Green is allegedly set to be charged with ecstasy possession.

Charges against the The Voice judge for sexually assaulting a woman are set to be dropped, but the singer looks set to be booked for possession of the illegal substance, which he is said to have slipped into her drink, instead.

The Los Angeles County District Attourney (DA) is set to reject the sexual assault case this morning due to insufficient evidence, but Cee-Lo will instead be charged for one count of ecstasy possession, according to website TMZ. The woman at the center of the case claims Cee-Lo slipped the class-A drug into her drink during a date at a sushi restaurant over a year ago and subsequently found herself naked in his bed with no knowledge of how she got there. However, the authorities have found inconsistencies in the woman's story, namely that the couple were dating at the time and had been intimate before.
