Gabriel Aubry and daughter NahlaGabriel Aubry wants to "substantially increase" the monthly payments he receives from Halle Berry.

The model is currently embroiled in a bitter battle with the actress over the custody of their four-year-old daughter Nahla and was in court today with his ex-girlfriend to ask for a raise in the amount of money she pays to him, according to RadarOnline. However, he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance.

Halle wants to move to France with Nahla and her fiance Olivier Martinez because of concerns about the paparazzi and the child's safety, but her ex is trying to stop her from re-locating because he believes he won't get to see his daughter. It was previously revealed Gabriel - who split from Halle in 2010 after five years together - was worried Oliver is planning to adopt Nahla.

"Gabriel fears that Halle's ultimate plan is to get him out of his daughter's life, permanently. He believes the plan is for Halle to move to France with Nahla and then have Olivier adopt her as his own. She wants a 'fresh start' apparently. Gabe will fight tooth and nail to retain custody of Nahla. He loves that little girl and is determined to always be a part of her life and always be her father. Just because Halle is through with him doesn't mean she can shut him out of her daughter's life too. Gabe may not have Halle's money or power but he will not just lie down and take it," a source said.

Linda Evangelista and sonLinda Evangelista wants $46,000 a month in child support and a new home from her ex-lover Francois-Henri Pinault.

The supermodel has petitioned a family court in Manhattan, New York, to award the huge sum for the care of five-year-old Augustin, who was conceived during the beauty's relationship with the French billionaire. Despite Pinault's vast wealth, it is unlikely Evangelista will get the maintenance settlement she is demanding.

"She's in for a big surprise. I wouldn't be counting the money yet ... most of the time, there are formulas for this. There's no windfall in child support," Manhattan divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the New York Daily News.

Pinault - who is married to actress Salma Hayek - is the CEO of PPR, the French multinational holding company which part owns Yves Saint Laurent and Gucci and was started by his father Francois Pinault.

Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie GyllenhaalMaggie Gyllenhaal has given birth to a girl.

The 34-year-old actress and husband Peter Sarsgaard welcomed their second daughter - a sibling for five-year-old daughter Ramona - into the world on April 19 and have named her Gloria Ray, according to US Weekly.

Maggie - who gave birth in New York - kept the pregnancy under wraps until her second trimester but previously admitted she found it difficult to keep her news quiet: "I find it difficult to pretend you're not pregnant, which I had to do. I didn't let anyone know until three and a half months this time. I went to film festivals. I'm throwing up in the bathroom and having to keep pretzels in my purse, and having to fit into dresses."

Peter recently revealed he and Maggie were thrilled to know the gender of the baby as it gave them a chance to try out names before she was born: "It's the nice thing about knowing the gender of a child; you don't have to call it 'it,' which gets really weird after seven months in. So we've been trying out a few names, but nothing solid."

Brooklyn DeckerBrooklyn Decker wants to adopt a disabled baby. The 25-year-old actress - who is married to tennis pro Andy Roddick - is planning on expanding her family eventually and has been inspired by her aunt, a Special Olympics athlete.

"I want to adopt a baby with an intellectual disability one day. I mean, that's in the distant future, but that's always been a goal of mine. Unfortunately a lot of kids with intellectual disabilities are given up for adoption when they're born because it's a lot for their family," she said.

However, Brooklyn - who is best known for her roles in movies Battleship and What to Expect When You're Expecting - is not always so confident with her decisions; she has previously confessed to feeling similar to Kristen Wiig's insecure maid of honor character Annie Walker in Bridesmaids: "I feel like her character is my inner soul. The ways she acts are my inner thoughts, but I just can't express them because they're too nerdy. So if he [Andy Roddick] was calling her crazy, I guess that makes me slightly crazy."

Jennifer Lopez with twins and Marc Anthony insetJennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will not have a custody battle over their twins.

The couple split last July after seven years of marriage, but they are keen to make the divorce as amicable as possible for the sake of four-year-old twins Max and Emme, as their welfare and happiness is the most important thing to them.

"The parties are working together to reach a friendly resolution that's in the best interest of their children," Jennifer's lawyer Ron Anteau told People.

Sources also say Marc doesn't want any financial support from Jennifer, who is now dating dancer Casper Smart. "He's not seeking financial support from her in this divorce. This is about trying to figure out how best for two very busy parents to share their children," one insider said.

Earlier this month, Marc filed for divorce from Jennifer, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
