Jennifer Lopez and childrenJennifer Lopez wants to adopt. The American Idol judge already has four-year-old twins Max and Emme with estranged husband Marc Anthony but after working with siblings who had been adopted from Ethiopia after their mother died on new movie What to Expect When You're Expecting, Jennifer is considering the "selfless act."

"It's funny because before the movie I never really thought about adoption, I just always wanted to have my own baby and I was so focused on that and it took me a while to have my own. But after the film and during the making of the film when I held those two little Ethiopian twins I fell in love instantly and I can see how somebody can do this, how it is so easy to embrace a child who has nothing. It's a beautiful, selfless act of love and it's something that you go, 'OK, I understand these feelings, I get this.' I almost took those babies home. I fell in love with those babies."

However, right now Jennifer - who is dating backing dancer Casper Smart - says she is kept busy raising Max and Emme: "[Adoption] would be a blessing but I'm focused on doing it right with those two and I've really got my hands full."

Jennifer Lopez with her twinsJennifer Lopez struggled to bond with her children when they were born.

The 42-year-old What To Expect When You're Expecting star realized less than two weeks into becoming a mother that she wasn't naturally connecting to her twins Max and Emmie.

"I remember after the babies were born, about seven to 10 days in, I was like, 'What is going on with me?' I felt sad and depressed and thought the babies didn't love me," she said.

The "On The Floor" singer who is now dating dancer Casper Smart explained that the novel which her latest film is based on helped her get through the rough patch: "I actually remember picking up the book to try to see what was happening to me. And it said how you have this huge hormonal drop about seven to 10 days after you give birth. It's called the 'baby blues.' But I just thought they didn't like me!"

Monica Bellucci is happy she waited until she waMonica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel with their daughters nearly 40 to become a mother. The actress was 39 when she gave birth to her first child Deva, seven, and 45 when she had Leonie, 23 months and says she chose to be an older mother because she wasn't ready for her life to change until then.

"Before that I wasn't ready to become a mother. I wasn't ready for something so incredibly huge, something that would change my life for ever. I think it was because I am an only child. In a way I always felt a child -- too much into myself. I worried I wouldn't be ready to give myself. When the first one came, I thought I'd have another really quickly because I knew I didn't have much time left. In the end, I was breastfeeding for the longest time and ultimately I wanted to have time with just her and be really confident and know who she really is before I could get pregnant with my second. I was lucky to get pregnant at 44. We didn't have to try for a long time. It was natural. I would have been disappointed if I had left it too late to have a second child. But life is hard sometimes and you just have to accept things. They will either happen or won't happen -- it's not in our hands. We have to be really humble and accept destiny. Some things happen that you just can't change."
