Lindsay Lohan Leaves Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has been discharged from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital after receiving just 22 days of treatment. It’s believed the 24-year-old star left the treatment facility via a back door yesterday afternoon.
The actress had been ordered by Judge Marsha Revel, the original judge presiding over her case, to undergo a three-month stint in rehab after her release from jail. However, staff at the facility recommended the sentence was excessive, and advised she should be released from the clinic early.
Despite Michael Lohan’s repeated claims that his daughter is addicted to various legal substances, doctors do not agree. “Lindsay may have taken prescription medication, but she doesn’t have ‘an addiction,’” an insider recently revealed. “She’s been through detox, but had no withdrawal symptoms, so doctors don’t believe her issues were as serious as they were led to believe initially.”
Lindsay’s release does come with new restrictions imposed by Judge Elden Fox. Lohan is required to attend multiple psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions per week. She must also submit to twice a week random drug/alcohol tests and stay living in her home until at least November 1 – that is when a progress review will be conducted.
