Jennifer Lawrence doesn't want her relationship to be public knowledge.

The actress began dating Nicholas Hoult, 22, after they met on the set of 2011's X-Men: First Class and she doesn't want them to become a celebrity couple.

"You don't want your relationship to be in the press, but at the same time - and this is only a theory - the more you try and keep it secret, the more the media tries to crack it open. Maybe there's less pressure if you admit you are dating. Admitting that is just an experiment. I'm going to see how it goes," she said.

The 22-year-old screen star also revealed she now spends more time in London with her British lover after abandoning her Los Angeles home following the success of this year's hit movie The Hunger Games. Jennifer is still able to live in relative anonymity in the UK capital and insists she isn't bothered by the paparazzi too much compared to how crazy her life in LA had become.

"My life in LA has changed a lot. I had to move out of my condo, which is infested with paparazzi ... In New York it's not too bad and in London it's not terrible. London's my favorite place to be. In fact, over here I'm like, 'What do I have to do to get papped?'" she said.

The actress can currently be seen in Silver Linings Playbook opposite Bradley Cooper.
