Although it appears Lindsay Lohan might be heading back to jail, Paris Hilton will be avoiding a second trip behind bars ... at least, for now.

According to Clark County District Attorney David Roger, the socialite has reached a plea agreement in relation to her August 27 arrest. On that evening, Las Vegas police officers pulled over a vehicle driven by boyfriend Cy Waits. Hilton was later charged with misdemeanor drug possession (because less than a gram of cocaine was found in her purse) and obstructing an officer (because she lied about owning said purse).

Paris will appear in court on Monday to enter her plea for the two misdemeanors. In lieu of jail time (she could face 12 months if she violates the terms of her one-year probation), the 29-year-old will have to pay a $2,000 fine and serve 200 hours of community service.

Meanwhile, Waits is still scheduled to appear in court on November 29 for his misdemeanor DUI charge.
