It’s all over the news that Lindsay Lohan failed not one but two separate drug tests, sparking positive results for cocaine and amphetamines. Now, Disney’s former favorite star will go to court on Friday morning to learn what the judge intends to do about it.

We’ve got it on good authority that the LA County Probation Department will recommend that Linds get jail time for her violations. Lohan could be sentenced up to 30 days for each failed test, which means she could be behind bars for most of the holiday shopping season.
