The upcoming Thanksgiving holiday will likely be an emotional one for Christina Aguilera.

Although Aguilera's husband, Jordan Bratman, should be celebrating the Nov. 24 release of Burlesque with her, it's just been revealed that the two have separated.

November 19 would have been their five-year anniversary.

According to a source, the two have been separated for months. Another insider added: "Right now they’re just trying to figure things out. There are no divorce proceedings at this point.”

So what was the reason behind the split? "They were very much in love," a friend explained. "But over the last six months, it became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife."

Whatever happens, the two will reportedly remain focused on their two-year-old son, Max. "He is their main concern," a source stated.
