Dancing With the Stars 12: Week 3 Elimination

Another celebrity was kicked off Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night, but the elimination was hardly a shock. Monday’s performance round gave us the biggest surprise of the week when Kirstie Alley fell to the floor after being dropped by her partner.
Low vote-getter Wendy Williams was handed her walking papers at the end of the results show. She managed a combined score of only 15 from judges during the performance round, and found herself in the bottom three last week.
“It has been a wonderful opportunity for me,” the talk show host said of her time on the show. Williams thanked partner Tony Dovolani for teaching her “how to dance” before she said her final good-bye.
Kirstie Alley and Ralph Macchio, who both earned a combined score of 21 on Monday, were never in danger once. Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Chris Jericho found themselves in danger instead, though both received good marks and praise from the judges. Sugar Ray Leonard, who was in elimination danger last week, was declared safe early on in the episode.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kirstie Alley looked beautiful together on Monday night’s Dancing With the Stars… until his leg gave out early on in the routine. The actress fell to the floor, the audience audibly gasped, and both performers quickly scrambled to their feet. The dance -- this week, it was the rumba -- was flawless after that. Watch the performance in the video above. The judges admired Alley’s spunk and quick recovery; they each awarded her a 7 as a balm.

Last week, ABC’s celebrity dancers got a free pass -- but this week, the field had to be narrowed. Someone had to become the first casualty of Dancing With the Stars 12, and the first results show of the season was tense indeed.
Host Tom Bergeron prolonged the agony for as long as possible, putting bottom three dancers Wendy Williams, Sugar Ray Leonard and “Psycho Mike” Catherwood on pins and needles. Omarosa Returns Fire

As reported previously, reality TV starlet Omarosa had a verbal confrontation with FOX talk show host Wendy Williams. After the on-screen blow up (in which the two women traded barbs about each other’s appearance and managed to fire insults almost with every breath), Williams commented to reporters that Omarosa is “pathetic” and “delusional.”
Omarosa has now made her own choice statements to the press. “I stand by everything I said,” said she, expressing no regret over the argument she participated in during daytime TV.
“She’s a phony,” the former The Apprentice attention-getter said of Wendy Williams. “As long as she continues to be a fake and a phony, she won’t be successful.”

Omarosa Wreaks Daytime Havoc
Omarosa gained attention on the The Apprentice for her uncompromising ways. Now, the reality TV star has put her own philosophy into a new book called The Bitch Switch. The book hits shelves in October, but Omarosa’s promotion of the piece has already begun…explosively.
The vixen appeared recently on The Wendy Williams Show, but instead of talking about the book the two ended up exchanging insults. “I wanted to throw her off the set,” Williams admitted after the incident to reporters.
It began right away with Omarosa’s introduction, which she said she did not like and announced she would not be “disrespected.” Williams took the book to show it off to cameras, but Omarosa quickly snatch the tome out of her hands. “Omarosa wished her career was my career,” Williams went on to reporters after the interview. “Omarosa is a delusional, D-list, pathetic woman.” Me-ow.
