Chace Crawford to Guest Star on 100th ‘Glee’ Episode

Chace CrawfordGleeks, prepare yourself for Nate Archibald Chace Crawford!

The former Gossip Girl star is rumored to be appearing in the popular Fox series for its milestone 100th episode. To no one's surprise, an insider says that he'll be playing Quinn Fabray's love interest: "[Chace] will play Dianna Agron's boyfriend, whom she brings back to Lima to meet her friends." Also not surprising (hey, we've never heard him - can you blame us!) is that "his character will not be singing -- as of now."

Considering the fact that he's no stranger to teen dramas, the 28-year-old star seems to have fit in on the Glee set among his friends: "Chace is excited to work with [series co-creator] Ryan Murphy and his longtime friend Matthew Morrison... He knows most of the other cast as well."

Glee's 100th episode will air in two parts on March 18 and March 25.

Chace Crawford Will Miss Show Therapy

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Drama, Prime Time, The CW, Gossip,

Chace CrawfordChace Crawford will miss his "therapists" when Gossip Girl ends. The 27-year-old actor is sad to be saying goodbye to the rest of the cast and crew on the show when the season ends, and will be particularly unhappy to lose his hair and make-up team as they had become his confidantes as he spent so much time with them.

"I saw them for, like, an hour everyday. I talked to them about my life problems. Some were like a therapist. I'm gonna miss those girls," he said.

Although the show hasn't yet finished filming its final season, Chace already knows what he wants to take away from the set as a memento of his time on the hit drama series: "I would take some of those suits my character wears if I could. I'm gonna try and steal some badass ashtrays, if I can fit them in my coat pocket."

And Chace thinks that five years playing Nate Archibald has made him lose his dignity because of the situations his character has been in. "I'm gonna look for my dignity. My dignity is somewhere on set. I think it happened around season two. Leading into season three, it was all out the window," he said.

Chace Crawford in WWD

“I’m not ignorant to the fact that part of the reason why the show’s popular and part of the reason [why] people want to see it is to be like, ‘Oh, novelty boy! Hot boy! Pretty boy!’ And that’s all fine and good. It is what it is.”

Twin Peaks’ Amick Visits Gossip Girl

Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Drama, Prime Time, The CW, Gossip,

Madchen AmickWhen we last left , Nate - whose brief romance with Vanessa had just ended - was seen bonding again with Serena. Was this an indication that the two former lovers were going to reunite, or would they eventually find themselves back together with Blair and Dan?

While the outlook is still unclear for Miss van der Woodsen (), it looks like Mr. Archibald (Chace Crawford) will have soon have another woman enter the picture—and this one will come in the form of a cougar. According to E!, Madchen Amick (Twin Peaks) will be heavily involved in Nate’s world. She’ll also have some “surprising connection” to another new player on the show. I’m sure the Gossip Girl’s thumbs are all atwitter now.

You can look for Amick to begin her several episode-arc starting September 1.

    Gossip Girl Ad

This is one of two ads being used to promote ‘s return to the CW.  (The show will start airing new episodes starting April 21.)

Don’t freak out.  This shot of Serena and Nate is from the drama’s pilot.  Another ad will focus on Blair and Chuck.

What do you think?  Is this campaign taking things a bit too far?  Or is it just tantalizing enough to make people want to watch?
