Paris Hilton Turned Down Real Housewives Role

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Drama, Reality, Bravo, Gossip, Rumors,

Paris HiltonParis Hilton had to turn down a guest role in the finale of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The hotel heiress was asked by producers of the hit reality TV show to appear alongside her aunts, Kyle and Kim Richards, but she was forced to decline because she is out of the country on business.

"Paris was asked to be a part of the finale which will take place in mid-July. She is a big fan of the show and totally supports her family appearing on it, but had to decline because she will be out of the country. Paris will be extremely busy promoting her new album, and just has too much going on right now to commit to taking on anymore projects," a source said.

Kyle and Kim were also disappointed Paris couldn't take part as they know she would have been a hit. "Producers were hopeful Paris would be able to be a part of the finale, which they could have promoted and publicised. Paris definitely would have greatly bolstered the ratings for the finale, but, her schedule just couldn't accommodate it. Paris' aunts, Kim and Kyle also wanted her to be on the show, but they completely understand," the source added.

Paris Hilton shot to stardom with The Simple Life, proved that her public will watch anything with Paris Hilton’s My New Best Friend, and now the heiress is teaming up with Brooke Mueller to offer up a new reality project.

The series, which will run on Oxygen, hasn’t yet been given a name…but it’s got enough star power to make up for that small lack. Mom Kathy Hilton, Mueller (Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife), Allison Melnick (socialite) and Jennifer Rovero (photographer) are also connected with the series.

According to Oxygen, the show will reveal Hilton’s life “beyond” the tabloids and the “next stage of her life.”

Paris Hilton Revealed in New Documentary

Paris Hilton Near the beginning of the , which recently aired on MTV, Hilton stated, “I didn’t really plan this, it just happened.”

“This” would be her unprecedented fame and fortune—the empire she created from simply being an heiress. “I haven’t really done anything I’m ashamed of,” she added.

Clips, weird camera angles and little snippets of interviews made the documentary highly confusing, not at all cohesive. In addition to following Paris around, MTV cameras addressed Kathy and Rick Hilton, Donald Trump, and others who have helped shape the heiress’s life.

Paris Hilton Opens Up in New MTV Documentary

Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, MTV, Gossip,

Paris Hilton said she doesn’t “want people thinking of me as this blonde heiress…airhead,” but almost in the same breath admits, “but that is kind of my brand.”

This all takes place in the new documentary Paris, Not France. that gives viewers a behind-the-scenes (and behind the reality TV shows) look at Paris’ life. It of course sort of defrauds the whole idea of reality TV, but there’s no reason to keep pretending there’s anything real about it anyway.
