Barnes and Noble nook vs. Amazon Kindle: Size comparison shots

Hot on the heels of our Barnes & Noble nook unboxing gallery, we got a ton of requests from you guys asking us to compare the nook directly against the Kindle 2. So we put the nook right up against Amazon’s Kindle 2, and shot some photos. In a nutshell, the nook is smaller in length and width, but is a little but thicker than the Kindle 2. I personally don’t think one has an advantage over the other in terms of size, but hey, check out the nook vs Kindle size comparison gallery, and judge for yourself, mmkay?

RAM for Mac Pro Is Huge…Huger Than A Zune!

Alright, so we got ourselves some new RAM to throw into a Mac Pro, and the first thing that struck us was just how huge these sticks od DDR2-667 PC-5300 sticks of RAM actually are. I mean, they’re monstrous. So what do we do? Put do a quick size comparison with the current king of large in the gadget world - Microsoft’s Zune. What do you know? The RAM even beat the Zune when it came to thickness…so you know that’s some thick RAM. Check out an alternate size comparison shot after the break.

iPod shuffle 2nd Gen. Size Comparison Gallery

So, now that all three of the new iPods are available for mass consumption, we figured we would put all three next to each other to truly show the sizes of the three brothers iPod. We took an iPod with video, a second generation iPod nano, and the second generation iPod shuffle, forced them to lay all over each other, and took images of the affair.
