Cash or Credit Card Watch?

PayPassCredit cards have taken on a new shape. This Limited Edition watch has a simple premise. Tap it on a special sensor and pay your tab. Now available in Turkey, the Garanti Bank has teamed up with MasterCard to develop this functional timepiece. You can use the PayPass for purchases below 15.00 euros (~US$22.00) at sites such as Burger King, Starbucks, and the Istanbul Ferry Corporation. There are now more than 14 million PayPass Cards and devices accepted globally.

Although it’s not exactly designer shaped, here’s hoping that the watch is shockproof. We are also wondering if you can get one when you open an account instead of the usual toaster.
