Voix MPX iPod Speaker System

Voix recently unveiled its unique MPX iPod docking/charging system. Each aluminum tower has a height of 3 1/2 ft. with a weight of 4.5 kg. It can deliver 150W maximum from its 4 vertically aligned cone speakers, also made of aluminum. The subwoofer is built into the base. Included in the package is a remote for controlling sound, volume, and iPod functions. Available for £$259.99 (~$450.00,) the MPX also works with MP3, DVD, and CD players, as well as game consoles, TVs and laptops.

Marka27 Mini God Speakers

Want a really unique speaker? Marka27 is releasing four new Mini Gods in limited editions. There will be 300 each of Brazil and Midnight, and 100 pieces each of Gold and Platinum Grillz. At a size of 16-inches, the devices have a 1.5mm mini-jack for connection and are powered by a 9V battery. The Gold Grillz will be handled by Toy Tokyo at July’s San Diego Comic-Con with the designer/artist Victor “Marka” Quinonez present to sign them.
