Singing Elvis MugWhile we are on the subject of Elvis, we figure if you cannot afford the car, you can still have a piece of him with the Singing Mug. Light activated, lift it up and it starts crooning “Love Me Tender.” While we would much rather wake up to The Stones singing “Mother’s Little Helper,” this is at least a start and may give someone an entrepreneurial idea. A bit pricey at $71.00, it has an on/off switch when you have had your fill of caffeine and the King.

iPod nano

Many were anticipating that the short and stubby nano would be a disappointment when the rumors of the device were running rampant. Once Steve Jobs introduced it, all fears were quelled. Just get one into your hands, and you will no longer be a skeptic. The 2-inch screen obviously isn’t the best for watching full-length movies, but for music videos and the like, it’s worthy. If you are all about the audio, the nano holds up to 8 GB worth of data. It’s thin (0.3 inches), the screen is fantastic, and the battery lasts for 26 hours. Just stay away from Cover Flow on this one - it’s sluggish.

You can participate real time on the Auction Network if you can’t be there yourself. Bid on Ozzy’s Yamaha motor bike, a pair of his wire rim glasses, his Yellow Submarine Jukebox, or his Bentley Flying Spur. Also up on the block is the dress Sharon wore to meet the Queen and Zakk Wylde’s Signature Les Paul Custom Guitar. A portion of the proceeds are expected to go to Sharon’s Colon Cancer Foundation.
