Toxicology reports show Justin Bieber had marijuana and prescription medication in his system when he was arrested in Miami.
The "Confident" star was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired license and resisting arrest in Florida last Thursday after taking part in a drag race. He also confessed to officers he had smoked cannabis and ingested medication given to him by his mother, Pattie Mallette, which was confirmed by the analysis of his urine test, which showed positive for THC, the active part of the marijuana plant, and Alprazolam, a key ingredient in anti-anxiety medication Xanax. The test showed negative for cocaine, opiates, methamphetamine and other drugs.
It has already been established that at the time of his arrest, Justin's blood alcohol level was within the legal limit to drive in Florida.

L.A. Coroner Does Not Plan to Re-Open Brittany Murphy Case
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Obituaries, Rumors,
Brittany Murphy's cause of death is not being re-investigated.
Despite new toxicology reports suggesting the Clueless actress may have been poisoned, the Los Angeles County coroner has announced there are no plans to re-open the case because they are yet to receive them, after the star died in December 2009. Her husband Simon Monjack died just five months later and both deaths were attributed to acute pneumonia and severe anemia; hers also involved multiple drug intoxication.
"The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has no plans to reopen our inquiry into the deaths. We stand by our original reports. We have not been presented any [third] party lab test results for analysis, so we are unable to comment on publicized reports of private lab tests," Chief Coroner Investigator and Chief of Operations Craig Harvey told The Huffington Post in an email.
Brittany's father, Angelo Bertolotti, hasn't provided adequate documentation yet, after reportedly securing the release of the 32-year-old's hair, blood and tissues for independent analysis. The results are said to have shown the presence of 10 heavy metals commonly found in rat poison.

Brittany Murphy’s Cause of Death in Question

Brittany Murphy's cause of death has come into question after new toxicology results allegedly suggest she may have been poisoned.
The 8 Mile actress was found dead at home in 2009 and the Los Angeles Coroner ruled her death was accidental, caused by pneumonia and "iron deficiency anemia." Five months later, the 32-year-old star's husband Simon Monjack, 40, also died of pneumonia and anemia.
Brittany's father Angelo Bertolotti wasn't convinced by the coroner's findings and The Huffington Post claims he ordered a new toxicology report after sending samples of his daughter's hair for independent analysis. Results supposedly showed the presence of 10 heavy metals above the "high" level set by the World Health Organization. The types of metals are commonly found in rat poison, pesticides and insecticides.
Angelo reportedly tried to sue the Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Coroner's Office, accusing them of "failure to conduct toxicology tests" on specimens of hair and his daughter's death was "incorrectly determined to have been allegedly caused by pneumonia and anemia."
