Chris Brown is counter-suing Frank Ocean's cousin.
The "Pyramids" hitmaker's relative, Sha'Keir Duarte, filed a lawsuit in August against the "Fine China" singer - who is currently seeking treatment in a Malibu rehab facility to learn to cope with his anger management issues - claiming Chris' bodyguard violently beat him up when the two singers and their entourages got into an heated confrontation outside Westlake Recording Studio in Los Angeles in January.
But Chris has now fired back and claimed in new court documents that Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him, according to gossip website TMZ.com. The 24-year-old star also accused Duarte of kicking and punching him, and insisted that he attempted to avoid the altercation "with the aggressive and hostile Mr. Duarte." Duarte is allegedly demanding $2 million in compensation and Chris has accused him of being motivated by money.
It was previously reported that Chris fled the scene straight after the fight, while Frank stayed to speak to police officers.

Justin Bieber faces arrest after he was caught spraying graffiti in Brazil.
Police officers reportedly paid a visit to the mansion the singer has been renting in Rio De Janeiro in an attempt to quiz the "Boyfriend" singer after he was photographed defacing the side of a $37 million hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning. According to civil police chief Antonio Ricardo, officers tried to locate the 19-year-old pop star at his residence following the incident, but he had already left the country, meaning he could now be arrested next time he enters Brazil.

Katy Perry and John Mayer's friends want them to get engaged.
The 36-year-old "Wildfire" hitmaker is expected to propose to "Roar" singer in the near future. "It's inevitable," a source told E! News.
The insider said that the couple are "very serious" and added, "Everyone wants them to get engaged. They are so perfect together."
Katy recently gushed about her feelings for the singer-songwriter, whom she first started dating in June 2012: "I actually am dating my crush. I had a crush on him for a long time." She also insisted she loved being married even though she got a divorce. "Of course. I really loved it. It was a new, fun, exciting journey. But I like how I am now, and I think all things happen for a reason," she said.
John, who previously dated Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston, presented the 29-year-old star with a heart-shaped ruby ring for Valentine's Day in Santa Barbara, California, earlier this year but a source insisted at the time that they weren't ready to tie the knot. "It's a one-of-a-kind Daniel Gibbings ring featuring a 12 carat ruby high-dome cabochon heart shaped centre, accented by two teardrop faceted sapphires and rubies, set in 20-carat gold," the insider said.

Jennifer Lopez insists she has never had any plastic surgery.
The "Dance Again" hitmaker has hit back after a British plastic surgeon, Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi, suggested she "showed many signs" of having work done to her face. The 44-year-old star was clearly unimpressed with his medical opinion and tweeted, "@DrAyoubi Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact"
The actress responded to the plastic surgeon, who is based in London, after he tweeted a split-screen photographs of her and wrote, "These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery - naturally pretty but now looks amazing." He later added, "U are naturally a very beautiful woman and look great, sometimes clever makeup can enhance features slightly changing their appearance @JLo"

The "Applause" hitmaker has parted ways with Troy Carter - who has worked with her since 2007 - just days ahead of the release of her highly anticipated third studio album ARTPOP on November 11.
"It's sad but also liberating at the same time. One door closes and another opens," a source told UsMagazine.com.
Troy helped launch the pop superstar's glittering career after joining her team in 2007 on the recommendation of Gaga's Streamline Records label boss, Vincent Herbert. The music manager even earned an Emmy Award nomination in 2011 for his efforts in producing Gaga's HBO concert special, Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden.

Lady Gaga has reportedly split up with her boyfriend.
The "Applause" hitmaker has been dumped by her actor beau Taylor Kinney - whom she has been dating since 2011 - after he struggled to deal with her demanding work schedule.
"Taylor has told her she's married to her career and that he can't deal with dating Gaga the mega-star and all her obsessions and alter-egos. He loves the cool, down-to-earth girl but hardly gets to see her. Gaga never stops working -- she writes songs in the shower and dreams up new outfits in her sleep. She has a whole security team as well as several assistants with her at all times. Out of every month there's maybe just one night out of her and his crazy work schedules that they can be a couple," a source told The Sun.
The 27-year-old singer has been struck with a string of bad luck this year after undergoing debilitating hip surgery in February, having life-long friends turn their backs on her, and losing her pet dog Alice last week.

Eddie Cibrian has hit back at rumors his marriage to LeAnn Rimes is on the rocks.
The 40-year-old actor, who has been married to the 31-year-old singer since April 2011, insists that all is well between them and their relationship is "very functional."
"[The rumors have] been going on for so long. They're just absurd, and to give any validity to any of these things, it's crazy," the "Best Man Holiday" star told Entertainment Tonight.
Eddie, who has two sons, Mason, nine, and Jake, six, with his ex-wife Brandi Glanville, also opened up about the couple's upcoming VH1 reality show. "We have such a great marriage, very functional and we just decided to do a show to screw that all up," he joked.
Eddie and LeAnn went public with their relationship after it was revealed that they began an affair after starring in their 2009 Lifetime movie, Northern Lights, but rumors recently began swirling that they are headed for a $50 million divorce and Eddie has been reaching out to his ex-wife. "Brandi's always happy to let him unburden himself to her," an insider said.

Dolly Parton thinks young singers, like Miley Cyrus, almost have to sacrifice their souls to make an impact.
The 67-year-old star has defended her goddaughter against her critics following a string of controversial performances and photo-shoots, and doesn't think people realize how talented the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker is.
"It's not easy being young. It's hard to know what to do. You've almost got to sacrifice your damn soul just to get anything done. I've loved her through the years and watched her grow up, and I've seen how smart she is and how talented she is. I don't think people really realize yet what a great singer and writer she really is," the country singer told the London Evening Standard.
Although she and Miley are close, Dolly said she wouldn't dare give the 20-year-old star advice about her career: "She's just trying to find her own place and wings and learn to fly. If she needs my opinion on something I will surely give it and there have been times we've talked. But I would never dream of calling her and saying, 'Well why are you doing this?' or, 'You shouldn't do this or that.' I know that she has thought this all through. We'll let her go and do her own thing."

Insiders at Adam Lambert's Halloween bash divulged that the "Wrecking Ball" singer was spotted snogging the Good Charlotte musician. "They were really into each other. I saw them making out at one point, and his hand was on her legs the majority of the time. They were very touchy-feely," one eyewitness said.

Niall Horan and Katy Perry have joked they are engaged.
The One Direction hunk took to his Instagram account to post a picture of himself and the "Roar" hitmaker - who is dating John Mayer - and quipped she had accepted his marriage proposal. "She said yes ! It's happening! Haha [sic]," she wrote.
The picture sees Katy with her arm draped over the 20-year-old Irish star in a loving way after they met up in Tokyo. Niall is in the Japanese city ahead of the final two shows on the group's huge 100-date Take Me Home world tour, while the 29-year-old brunette is promoting her latest single "Roar."
