Malin Akerman has split from husband Roberto Zincone.
The Trophy Wife actress has decided to "amicably" part ways with the drummer - with whom she has seven-month-old son, Sebastian - after six years of marriage.
"It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son," a source told Us Weekly.
Another source claims the split is very new and neither of them has started legal proceedings: "No one has plans to file yet. Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her."
All appeared to be well with the Swedish-born actress and Roberto - who was the drummer in a band she once fronted, called The Petalstones - only a few months ago, with her claiming, "We've never had a single fight. We've always talked things out."

Harry Styles insists he isn't dating Kendall Jenner.
The One Direction hunk was seen having dinner with the reality TV star earlier this week, but he claims there is nothing romantic about their relationship. When asked by Piers Morgan on 1D Live - the band's seven-hour live streaming event - if he is dating Kendall, Harry replied, "We went out for dinner, but no, I guess. I don't know."
Despite being linked with a string of high-profile women, including Cara Delevingne and Taylor Swift in the past, Harry admitted during the chat - made up of questions from Twitter followers - that he had only kissed eight people.
The singer - who split with Taylor Swift in January before being linked to model Cara Delevingne - was spotted enjoying a cozy meal with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star inside Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday night and later made a swift exit from the posh restaurant through the back door in a bid to keep their date under wraps, but Harry, 20, was later pictured driving Kendall, 18, home in a black Range Rover.

Katy Perry and John Mayer are planning to have children.
The "Roar" hitmaker is hoping to get pregnant with her 36-year-old boyfriend and the pair are thrilled about the prospect of starting a family. "Katy brought up the idea of having a baby a few weeks ago. He was really supportive and said he'd love her to be the mother of his child," a source said.
Katy, 29, is already said to be being cautious about her body during stunt when she performs live, such as when she appeared at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam earlier this month, where she was suspended nine metres in the air. "Their inner circle say it won't be long until there's happy news. She's already been taking precautions. Extra safety measures were taken during her EMA act, where she was suspended in the air. She didn't want to put her body under any strain," the source added.

Kanye West has reportedly banned Kim Kardashian from undergoing cosmetic surgery.
The "Stronger" hitmaker - whose mother Donda tragically died from surgery complications after a breast reduction and liposuction in 2007 - is having a clause written into their pre-nuptial agreement stating she will have to pay a reported $500,000 if she has any work done and he is said to have warned her their wedding is off if she goes under the knife before their big day after discovering an email from a surgeon about secret plans for surgery.
"Kim met with her surgeon to discuss having a nose job and liposuction on her thighs and tummy before their wedding next summer. She was planning to do it in March when Kanye would be working in Paris. She hoped by the time he returned to Los Angeles she would have healed and Kanye would never know. He flipped and said if she went ahead with the procedures then the wedding was off," a source said.

Leona Lewis would be "fine" if her celebrity status disappeared tomorrow.
The "Bleeding Love" hitmaker shot to fame after winning the third series of The X Factor in 2006 with the help of her mentor, Simon Cowell, but she admitted she wouldn't be too worried if she wasn't perceived as a star anymore: "Simon has always told me to trust my instincts and so that's what I've always done. I'd love to sing for the rest of my life, but if my celebrity status disappears tomorrow then I'll be completely fine with that, I really will."
The 28-year-old beauty is known for her powerful ballads, despite being more of an opera singer when she was younger, and she is hoping Simon will take her "more seriously" as a classical performer since she tasted success in the music industry:
"Well I did train in opera initially. I didn't actually switch to contemporary until I was in my teens. I wanted to be a classical singer originally. I told him [Simon] I'd love to make an opera album, and he was like, 'Yes, you should, at some point, blah blah blah, whatever.' I don't think he took it seriously. Perhaps he will now."

Aaron Carter has filed for bankruptcy with a debt of $2.2 million.
The "Candy" hitmaker and younger brother of the Backstreet Boys' singer Nick Carter has reportedly been dealing with crippling debt, while earning just $1,998 a month. The 25-year-old owes $1.3 million in unpaid tax and $31,166 on an American Express credit card, among other debts.
"Aaron filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy protection to alleviate past issues in an effort to move forward with his life and career. The overwhelming majority of the debt he is asking to be discharged is from more than 10 years ago when he was a minor and not in control of his finances," his representative Steve Honig told E! News.
Aaron first shot to fame in the late 1990s. His most popular album, Aaron's Party (Come and Get It), was released in September 2000 and sold over 1.5 million copies. Despite his financial problems, Aaron has pushed on with his music comeback and continues to play concerts. Although he has not released an album since 2002, he appeared on reality show Dancing with the Stars in 2009 and is currently on tour.

Adam Levine's fiancee laughed at him being crowned People's Sexiest Man Alive.
The Maroon 5 frontman, who beat off stiff competition from the likes of Luther actor Idris Elba, singer Justin Timberlake and retired soccer star David Beckham to the prestigious title, says his wife-to-be, Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo, found it amusing.
The Voice judge told People magazine her reaction was "laughter, a lot of laughter," adding, "She's keeping me humble."

One Direction hunk Harry Styles enjoyed a secret dinner date with Kendall Jenner.
The singer - who split with Taylor Swift in January before being linked to model Cara Delevingne - was spotted enjoying a cosy meal with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star inside Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday night, sparking speculation the pair are now dating. Jon Hamm doesn't understand the appeal of Miley Cyrus or One Direction.
The Mad Men actor, who was the subject of backlash last year when he questioned the popularity of reality TV star Kim Kardashian, admits he isn't up to speed with pop culture phenomenons such as the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker and concedes he often sounds like a grumpy old man:
"I got s**t on for saying I don't agree with the fact that the Kim Kardashians and Paris Hilton of the world are worthy of attention and people were saying, 'How dare you!' I thought, 'Wow, really? That's a terrible thing to say?' It's ridiculous. I'm getting older, I'm slowly morphing into that guy who stands on his lawn and shakes his fist and shouts, 'Get off my lawn!' All I can is that I don't get Miley Cyrus, I don't get Katy Perry, I don't get One Direction ... I don't get why that's a thing."

Chris Brown has been sentenced to ninety days in rehab.
A Los Angeles judge has ordered the R&B singer to spent three months in a court-approved treatment facility for the second time to deal with anger management issues. The decision was made on Wednesday during a probation status hearing stemming from his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend, pop star Rihanna.
Chris checked himself into rehab for anger management issues on October 29, only to be kicked out two weeks later, after he reportedly flew into a violent rage. TMZ have revealed that Chris threw a rock at his own mother's car window after she showed up to a "family session," and urged him to stay for extended treatment. "Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother's car window and it shattered," a court statement read.
The 24-year-old star could still face a probation violation due to his arrest last month on a misdemeanor assault charge in Washington, D.C. He supposedly punched 20-year-old man in the face outside his tour bus after he asked for a photograph with the star. TMZ also report that as a result of the judge wanting a report on the incident, Chris could still end up in prison. The singer was also sentenced to an additional 1,000 hours of community service this year after an alleged hit-and-run accident over the summer.
