Selena GomezSelena Gomez went to rehab last month.

The 21-year-old star - who has an on/off relationship with Justin Bieber - was admitted to Dawn at The Meadows recovery center in Arizona on January 5, and spent two weeks at the facility, which treats people aged 18 to 26 years old who are "struggling with emotional trauma, addiction or dual diagnosis concerns."

"Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse," her representative confirmed.

The former Disney child star was urged to seek help by those close to her amid concerns her partying was getting out of control. "Her friends and family became increasingly worried that there might be a serious problem with Selena. Particularly, her parents. The partying was, at times, wild. They wanted to help her -- and they very much encouraged her to go to rehab. Others very close to her also urged her to seek professional help," a source said.

Justin BieberJustin Bieber is to appear in court next month.

The 19-year-old singer has been given a trial date of March 3 by a Miami-Dade County judge over charges of driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license.

The troubled star was detained on January 23 after police allegedly caught him drag racing a rented Lamborghini in Miami. Police officers claimed Justin, who is more than a year under the legal drinking age in the US, reeked of alcohol at the scene but his blood alcohol level was barely measurable at .014. However, it has been reported a toxicology test detected the presence of marijuana and Xanax in his system.

Sadie Bomar and her grandson, Justin TimberlakeJustin Timberlake's marriage is "hard going," says his grandma.

The singer-and-actor and wife Jessica Biel - whom he wed in October 2012 - spend a lot of time apart because of their respective careers and his grandmother Sadie Bomar is worried the distance is going to damage their relationship:

"They are married but they are so busy, both of them, it's hard going. I'm sure when it's right to have children they will, but not now. They do love each other dearly but they are apart so much it's going to be hard going for them."

Sadie says Jessica finds the distance particularly "tough," but she is hopeful the couple can overcome their problems - so long as they make more time for one another. "I think Jessica finds that really tough. She's on her own a good deal. If he's not coming back at night that puts a strain on things, of course it does. It's hard to keep it all going but you have to have faith to keep it all going. I have faith in them and I believe they love each other dearly but I know they need time together," Sadie added to The Sun.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are selling their $11.5 million London home.

The couple are moving out of the upmarket area of Belsize Park in North London after a series of arguments with their neighbors, who are upset by constant modifications to their property. "We have had years of their building works. They have taken down trees so they can park their flash cars in the driveway and they put a huge swimming pool in the back garden," a local said.

Another neighbor added, "The trouble is that it will probably be a similar sort that moves in and we'll have this all over again."

Iron Man 3 actress Gwyneth and Coldplay singer Chris - who have Apple, nine, and Moses, seven, together - bought their home ten years ago for $4 million from actress Kate Winslet. They then bought the neighboring property for $5 million as well as another house on the other side and combined all three to make a huge 33-room mansion.

Kanye WestWhile he may be fighting with his Kim Kardashian as to whether or not their daughter North will appear on reality TV, Kanye West at least won't have to worry about facing assault charges anymore.

The Los Angeles District Attorney has decided not to go forward with prosecuting the "New Slaves" rapper over an alleged assault that occurred earlier in the month. Criminal defense attorney Troy Slaten - who is not involved in Kanye's case - speculated that this outcome could happen due to the fact that the alleged victim failed to show up for a follow-up interview with authorities: "If they don't have a cooperative victim, the case is harder to prosecute. If you have no victim, it would most likely get dismissed."

The alleged incident happened in Beverly Hills on January 13th, where Kanye reportedly responded (with his fists!) to a young man who was spewing racial slurs at the paparazzi and Kim Kardashian when she arrived to meet her fiance.

BeyonceBeyonce has sacked her manager and become her own boss.

The "Drunk In Love" hitmaker and Jay Z are now in total control of her career after ditching Live Nation executive Faisal Durrani, although her husband doesn't hold an official professional position.

"Jay has been heavily involved in Beyonce's career for years, and was instrumental in organizing the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. But he isn't officially regarded as her manager - she really is independent," a source said.

The change in focus is to make sure her career is handled with her family in mind, and with the couple reportedly keen to give their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy a sibling in the future. "Now the couple have Blue, she wants to make sure her family come first at all times, especially as there's talk of them adding to the brood. The best way to do that is to make sure all managerial decisions are made by her and her husband - together," the insider added.
