Glee - Prom Queen

Glee’s “Prom Queen” episode opened with an interview between Puck (Mark Salling) and Jacob Ben Israel (Josh Sussman). Puck was still campaigning hard for a Prom King win with queen Lauren Zizes (Ashley Fink) at his side… but as it happened, he and the rest of New Directions would be working the event.

Over Sue Sylvester’s protests, the glee club was selected to entertain the McKinley High prom crowd when Principal Figgins (Iqbal Thera) couldn’t secure his favorite band -- Air Supply -- for the event. Though Sue (Jane Lynch) was prom coordinator, the club scored the gig… mainly because there was no other act available. Thankfully, Sue keeps a list of the club’s worst number in her Spanx “at all times.” At the top of the list was “Run, Joey, Run.”

Emotional Season 1 End for Glee

Laughter and tears filled the Season 1 finale of , the year’s most talked-about new series. The episode, “Journey,” saw the culmination of everything that’s been building all season: the highly-anticipated Regionals competition featuring the final showdown between feature Glee club New Directions and rival Vocal Adrenaline, the solution for Quinn and her baby, the confrontation between Will and Emma and even a surprising final-act twist involving tough-as-nails cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester.

Glee: The Twist, The Sing-Off and The Guests

Tuesday’s episode of , “Dream On,” was explosive in many little ways - and it’s what everyone’s talking about after several hours of prime time TV.

The episode inched us ever-closer to the Regionals competition, where feature glee club New Directions will go head-to-head with the more successful Vocal Adrenaline. Neil Patrick Harris and Idina Menzel were among the long line of guest stars, but arguably the night was won by . The director has been a main topic of Twitter discussion since it was announced he would direct the episode, and now the Gleeks are filled with praise for his management of the popular show.

Twitter and FOX forums also lit up with praise for , the episode’s very fun dance number and the amazing twist - though, some are still scratching their heads over the development. Many are taking the twist at face value, but some are still searching for devious plots meant to wreck the glee club’s chances at the all-important Regionals competition.

If you were relying on your DVR to record last night’s episode of , you might have noticed one thing missing: the ending of your show.

Thanks to an overrun from American Idol (do we really need four judges talking??), “” episode got off to a late start.
