Wednesday Ratings: Another Win for Fox

All eyes were on American Idol‘s elimination show last night. Curiosity once again helped the program win back viewers lost in recent weeks.
8pm
- The Price is Right (7.3 million, 1.4/4 in 18-49) narrowly won its hour.
- Deal or No Deal (7.1 million, 1.8/5) was down a notch.
- ’‘Til Death (5.9 million, 2.2/7) and Back to You (6.9 million, 2.5/7) both did about the same.
- Wife Swap (6.4 million, 2.5/7) slipped by 600,000.
- Approximately 4.6 million saw Whitney Thompson crowned America’s Next Top Model (2.3/7).

- American Idol (24.3 million, 9.0/22 in 18-40) soared by 1.9 million from last week.
- Criminal Minds (12.7 million, 3.0/7) fell by 200,000.
- Supernanny (5.8 million, 2.4/6) was up 700,000.
- Farmer Wants a Wife (1.9 million, 0.9/2) had a 200,000 dip.
10pm
- CSI: NY (11.6 million, 3.1/8 in 18-49) lost 1 million.
- Law & Order (8.6 million, 2.7/7) was off by 200,000.
- Boston Legal (2.3/6) closed the evening with 7.7 million.
