Can ABC Family’s Huge Series Be Saved?

ABC Family made a bold move last summer when they introduced Huge, a series revolving around the plus-sized attendees of a fat camp. Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky was a dynamic part of the ensemble cast, which also featured Hayley Hasselhoff.

In a recent interview, Nikki Blonsky said she was “really proud to be playing such a ballsy character like Will, who is not afraid of who she is. That’s what kids need to see instead of the typical stuff that’s on TV.” Well said, Nik. We don’t like to think that ABC Family won’t stick with Huge when it will give those stick figures over at Pretty Little Liars 12 extra first season episodes.

An outcry has risen among fans, who are lobbying to save the show. If you like, you can sign the petition to help convince ABC Family to keep it on the air … if indeed the cable network can be swayed.
