UPDATE: The two have since kissed and made up. Jameson will not be filing any charges and Ortiz is reportedly moving back into the home.

While it’s not surprising that the Tito Ortiz/Jenna Jameson situation has come down to a matter of “He Said, She Said,” it’s the inconsistent things she’s saying that makes his story a bit more believable.

Despite being arrested yesterday for domestic violence, Jenna declared to TMZ at 8:00 PM that the father of her two children “did NOT” beat her. “It hurts me to think that everybody out there thinks that he beat me…He did NOT beat me. If he would have beat me, I would be dead right now,” she stated on camera. “There was an altercation,” Jameson clarified.

Oh - how details can change in only a matter of hours.

At approximately 9:30 PM, a bailed out Tito Ortiz then held a press conference to deliver his side of the story. According to a lawyer for the UFC fighter, the domestic dispute stemmed from the porn star’s addiction to drugs:

“Jenna Jameson has been facing and fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for well over a year. For Tito and his family, this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately, this morning, Jenna relapsed and suffered the consequences of that. We’re here because Tito was trying to help her. Jenna has threatened suicide, has had an addiction, and Tito has done everything within his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their two children and their family’s privacy. We’re asking for your support through this ordeal. Unfortunately, this morning when Jenna relapsed and Tito confronted her and asked her about the drugs he had found, she denied it and had some emotional breakdown over it. As Tito was leaving, unfortunately she contacted the police department though another individual.”

“I want to be quite clear: Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna,” he added.

Cue Jenna’s latest version of her story.

When asked to address the Oxycontin allegations after the presser, Jenna - who alleges that she received torn ligaments in her arm after being thrown into the bathtub - said on camera: “Talk about trying to save somebody’s ass for beating a wife beater.”

Okay….so is he a wife beater or not??

Oh - and if you’re now starting to believe Tito’s side of the dispute, Jenna has written a special tweet just for you: “Surprised so many of you believe titos allegations….imgoingtofocus onhappiness. Goodbye xxxxxx.”
