It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:

Sarah Chalke: The maternity ward at Scrubs just got another patient. Chalke and her fiance, entertainment lawyer James Afifi, became first became first-time parents on to Charlie Rhodes Afifi. Former costar Judy Reyes gave birth to her daughter the day after Thanksgiving.

Andrea Roth: Could we see an interesting plot twist in the final season of Rescue Me? Actress Andrea Roth (Janet Gavin) has just revealed that she is carrying her first child with fiance Todd Biermann. Roth doesn’t know what this might mean for her role, but admits: “Any character is in peril of going if it would make for a good story line.”

Keyshia Cole: The “Let It Go” singer has a lot to look forward to in 2010. Keyshia is not only planning to release a new album, she’s expecting a child! Cole and fiance, basketball player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson, became engaged on New Year’s Eve.

Matthew McConaughey: The 40-year-old actor is probably feeling a little dazed and confused right now. On January 3, Matthew’s girlfriend, Camila Alves, gave birth to a baby girl. Vida Alves McConaughey is the couple’s second child; son Levi was born 18 months ago.

Maggie Rodriguez: Well, at least she’s already used to the insane hours. The Early Show co-anchor recently announced that she is four months pregnant. The baby, due July 1, will be Rodriguez’s second child. Maggie and husband Michael also have a 4-year-old daughter.

Chris Robinson: It’s a girl for the Black Crowes frontman and wife Allison Bridges. Robinson, who also has a son with ex-wife Kate Hudson, welcomed daughter Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson the day after Christmas. The baby was delivered at the family’s California home.

Helio Castroneves: Will this get the Indy 500 champ to slow down…a bit? On December 28, Castroneves and girlfriend Adriana Henao said hello a baby girl. Mikaella, the couple’s first child, weighed in at 7 pounds.
