Hollywood Baby Roundup: February 13, 2009

Mira Sorvino and Christopher Backus

Mira Sorvino: Who cares if bombed? The Oscar winner’s got other things to worry about! Sorvino and her husband, Christopher Backus, are now awaiting their third child. The couple, married since 2004, already have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old.

Taylor Hawkins: The Foo Fighters drummer will soon be performing for a whole new gathering. Hawkins and his wife, Alison, are currently expecting their second child. The couple already have an 18-month-old son named Oliver.

Paul Stanley: The KISS lead singer has a new woman his life: Sarah Brianna. The 8-pound little lady was born on January 28. She is the second child for Paul and his wife, Erin. The two have been married since 2005.

Tiger Woods:The pro golfer now has another future caddy in his household. Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, welcomed son Charlie Axel Woods to the family earlier this month. Big sister, Sam Alexis, was born back in June 2007.

Taboo: Fergie isn’t the only Black Eyed Peas performer with something to celebrate. Taboo and his wife, Jaymie, are expecting their first child together. The two were married just last July. Taboo also has a son from a previous relationship.

Tisha Campbell-Martin: The Zack and Miri star and her husband, Duane Martin, are now preparing for their second child together. Tisha and Duane, married since 1996, already have an 8-year-old son named Xen.

Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner

Kevin Costner: The Swing Vote star and his wife, Christine Baumgartner, welcomed a baby boy last night. Hayes Logan is their second child together; Cayden Wyatt, was born back in May 2007. Costner also has four other children from previous relationships.

Hank Azaria: The Simpsons actor and his girlfriend, Katie Wright, are going to become first-time parents. According to Azaria’s rep, the couple will be welcoming a son in just a few short months. Hank and Katie have been together for two years now.

Angie Everhart: Sylvester Stallone’s ex will be going the solo route for her pregnancy. The 39-year-old redhead has revealed that she is over 14 weeks along with her first child. Although she is friends with the baby’s father, the two are not a couple. Everhart says she would like to document her motherhood experience for a new reality show.

Erykah Badu: The singer gave birth to a baby girl on Super Bowl Sunday. The delivery, which she documented through Twitter, happened at Badu’s Brooklyn home. The daughter is her first child with her boyfriend, Jay Electronica. Erykah also has two other children from previous relationships.

David Eisenberg: The Sex and the City star will be keeping himself busy until production on the sequel begins. Eisenberg, who plays Miranda’s husband on the show and movie, brought home a new baby boy last month. The son, named Louie Steven, is the first for the 44-year-old and his wife, Chrysti.

Sarah Shahi: It’s been revealed that Life actress Sarah Shahi is approximately four months pregnant. That means fans should expect some storyline changes for her character. To avoid long work days, the producers will temporarily separate Dani Reese from her partner, Charlie Crews. Despite the challenges this poses for the writers, show runner Rand Ravich claims they “were able to carve Sarah out of the main story a little bit — keeping her always related to Crews and always involved with Crews — and just give her some relief as well.”

Bobby Brown: I’m guessing this means things are really over for Bobby and Whitney. The newly sober singer and his girlfriend, manager Alicia Etheridge, have just announced that they are expecting a baby together. The two have been dating for 2 1/2 years. This will, of course, not be Brown’s first child. He already has four other kids including one with Whitney.
