Electronic Arts has long been known for their poor treatment of employees.  However that stereotype may soon be changing.  The Street, a business website, reports that EA will be allowing their employees to convert their currently under priced stock to full value shares.  EA will also offer additional shares to “key” employees.  This move is still pending shareholder approval and is seen as an important step in keeping valuable employees.
