By now, chances are you’ve already heard the audible gasps and explanations Lindsay Lohan delivered yesterday in court. But what you probably didn’t catch were the words she never actually spoke. (And, I’m guessing, the judge didn’t notice them either.)

Although Lilo made sure she dressed appropriately for her sentencing, there was one small part of her attire she didn’t tone down: her fingernail polish. Photos taken during the proceeding later revealed a telling message she placed on her middle finger.

So how many extra days of jail time do you think Judge Marsha Revel would have added had she seen the decorative “F**k U” art?
