We Are Giving Away All TextPayMe Xbox 360s To You

Xbox 360Remember that TextPayMe service we wrote about a few days ago? We filled you in on the fact that they are giving away free Xbox 360s if you have enough people sign up for the service. We took a shot to see how far we would get, and it looks like we are 11 people away from earning an Xbox 360. What are we going to do with it if we win one? We will be giving it away here on Gear Live, of course! Here is how it will go down:

If you sign up for the TextPayMe service using this link, you are entered to win the Xbox 360. What’s more, there is no limit to the number of 360 units we can walk away with - so if we earn two, then both will be given away. If we get three, same deal. Only those who sign up for the service using this link will be entered to win. We will call up the winners live on The Bleeding Edge to tell them that they won.

So if you want a shot at winning the Xbox 360, sign up for TextPayMe. It’s free, and it’s a great service.

I signed up when the first story was posted. It’s an awesome idea and hopefully it catches on.

And yet another cool Gear Live give-away! Pretty damn cool and the chances to get one could be as low as 1 in 36 for those that sign up!

BTW for those that are paranoid about the idea, you can have people send you money without giving the “payee” your cell phone number. They let you set up an alias to use instead if you wish so it can be as easy as you sending the SMS message “pay 5 scilynt” to send me money. Very easy and very cool smile.

If you sign up, it sends me a notification that so-and-so signed up and gives me your number. You can have it not do that if you don’t want (I think), in which case we will email you and ask for your number.

thats awesome, I signed up. Clever way to notify the winner smile

I did my part. Be sure to keep us updated on how many referrals you have.

I keep getting this ‘proxy’ message on my phone! >:o

I’m going to keep trying, I want a 360! smile
