Yoga Fan Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston's yoga DVDJennifer Aniston says that yoga changed her life.

The former Friends star appears in the introduction to Yogalosophy, a new workout DVD fronted by her friend and yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, and says she was amazed at the impact learning the discipline had on her.

In the short clip, she says, “She brought yoga into my life. It completely changed my life. It’s one of the most fun workouts I’ve ever had. So have fun and work hard because it will totally pay off.”

It was recently claimed that Jennifer, 40, flew Mandy from Los Angeles to New York to help her get in shape when playing a younger woman in The Bounty.

A source said, “Jennifer has had a totally overhaul for this film. She wants to be seriously fit, yet remain curvy. There are a lot of early starts on set, so she has had to get up at 3am to get two hours in the gym before filming at 5am. She is supposed to be playing a 35-year-old, and is concerned she won’t look the part now she is 40. It hasn’t been easy, but she has combined one-on-one yoga sessions with grueling weight and workout sessions. Her new body is the talk of the set and she is reveling in the attention. Everyone agrees that Jennifer is looking sensational at the moment. Her curves have definitely been noticed - she is glowing.”

The “99 Problems” rapper has been supporting Chris’s band Coldplay on tour and admits that he is envious of the singer’s on-stage flexibility and wants to be able to mimic his movements.

The hip-hop star, who is good friends with Chris and his wife Gwyneth Paltrow, said, “I try and work out four times a week—cardio, weights, push ups, pull ups—but I haven’t for a month because of vacation and touring. Chris hasn’t tried to get me to do yoga yet, but I am close to doing it.  I’m envious of what he can do on stage. Watching him is amazing, he can really move. I want to be able to move like that, get my leg behind my ear, things like that.”

The rapper, who is married to Beyonce Knowles, enjoys life on the road but admits he misses his home comforts: “I miss my bed, the comfort of your own bed, there’s nothing like it. I only trust my own sheets. I don’t take my own with me though.”

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and husband Pete with son BronxAshlee Simpson-Wentz says that yoga helped her bond with her son.

The 24-year-old star, who has a nine-month-old baby, Bronx Mowgli, with husband Pete Wentz, loved doing the low-impact stretching exercises when she was pregnant as it made her feel closer to her baby.

“Your body is changing, and it’s such an amazing time to feel that connection. I did prenatal yoga, which was a nice way to mellow down and focus on me and Bronx. Being pregnant was the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life. Except for the cupcakes!”

Ashlee enjoyed being pregnant, adding that it gave her valuable time to adjust to the way her life was changing: “I’ve grown up so much. The great thing about being pregnant is that you have nine months and it really does prepare you. Being a mom’s so empowering and incredible.
