Kris Humphries' attorneys will issue a subpoena for Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, Kanye West.
The move comes after Kim's legal team formally subpoenaed Kris' ex-girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, to talk about her relationship with the NBA player.
"The gloves are clearly off now. Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, has no choice but to depose Kim's new boyfriend, Kanye West. Kim has publicly said that she and Kanye have been friends for years, and Kris' lawyers want to know if the two were ever intimate before they went public with their relationship a few months ago. Kris has no reason to believe that Kim was unfaithful to him during their very short marriage. Of particular interest to Team Humphries is Kanye's involvement in the Kardashian reality shows as he appeared on an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York," a source said.

Kim Kardashian has served Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend with a subpoena.
The socialite's lawyers are keen to speak with Myla Sinanaj - who began dating the basketball player in January - to find out whether Kris said anything to her in relation to his claim that the 72-day marriage was fraud. Kim's lawyer is also said to want details of hundreds of text messages and emails between Myla and Kris.
According to gossip website TMZ, Kris initially hid the relationship because he was worried it would impact on the divorce case as he and his representatives felt him moving on just over two months after he and Kim split would make it appear he wasn't "devastated" by the reality TV star's decision to file for divorce despite his previous statements.
Myla's lawyer previously admitted his client would be prepared to help Kim in her divorce proceedings.

Kevin Costner has won a court battle against actor Stephen Baldwin.
The decision came less than two hours after closing arguments ended on Thursday and a jury rejected Stephen's claim that he and a friend missed out on a lucrative contract with oil company BP thanks to Kevin and his business partner in oil cleanup, Patrick Smith.
"My name means more to me than money and that's why we didn't settle," Kevin said.
Stephen and co-plaintiff Spyridon Contogouris, were asking for at least $17 million in damages at federal court in New Orleans, however were awarded nothing. Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend is set to help Kim Kardashian in her divorce proceedings against the basketball star.
The athlete is currently involved in a battle divorce battle with the reality TV star and now his former flame Myla Sinanaj is threatening to hand over vital information to Kim.
"My client isn't going to rule anything out at this point including whether or not she would be willing to assist Kim Kardashian in her divorce case. I will say this, Kris Humphries has to be the only 7ft man in the universe to have two women under 6ft tall bully, defraud and attempt to extort him. It's absolutely ridiculous," Myla's attorney, and former prosecutor, Joe Tacopina, told RadarOnline.com.
Earlier this week, Myla demanded Kris apologize for trying to destroy her reputation. Tacopina suggested the NBA player had gone on a campaign of destruction against her to make himself look better in his divorce court battle. It recently emerged that Kris' lawyers had contacted the FBI, claiming Myla tried to extort him by demanding a huge sum of money or she would spill secrets about their relationship to the media.

Moving to France Isn’t Best for Halle Berry’s Daughter
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Celebrity Babies, Legal Issues, Rumors,
Halle Berry's proposed move to France would damage the relationship between her four-year-old daughter, Nahla, and the girl's father, Gabriel Aubry, according to a child custody evaluation.
Halle, 45, wants to relocate to France with their child and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, because of their better child privacy laws. However, Gabriel is fighting against the decision and a custody trial is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks.
"The report concluded that Gabriel's relationship with Nahla would clearly change drastically if she moves to France. Gabriel plays a very active role in Nahla's life and has been a doting and loving father and that would obviously change if she moved to France. The report notes that Gabriel takes Nahla to and from her preschool and spends as much time as possible with her under terms of the current custody agreement. The bottom line is that the proposed move to France would essentially cut Gabriel out of Nahla's life and the child psychologist determined that wasn't in the little girl's best interest. However, this is just a report, it will be up to a judge to ultimately decide if Halle will be allowed to move to France with Nahla," a source said.

Tameka Foster ‘Begged Usher to Withdraw Custody Petition
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Divorce, Legal Issues, Rumors,
Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster "begged him to withdraw the petition" for custody of their two children.
The mother of his two sons - Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, three - insisted that she did not initiate the current court battle that the pair are involved in.
"I did not start this. I did not file this. Usher did. I begged him to withdraw the petition, but he didn't listen. The media jumped on my answer to his petition for custody as if I initiated it, and I did not. Why would I try to keep his children away from him? We have joint custody and I want to continue to have their father around to help out. Raising children is a lot of work," she said.
She also hit back at rumors that the pair are enemies, explaining that they do not hate each other: "We're not [enemies]. But people still find a way to make it more salacious than it has to be. I don't know how he deals with it, but I refuse to let the media manipulate what should be a personal situation and turn me into the villain."

Madonna's alleged stalker has had his case reinstated just three months after it was dismissed.
Robert Linhart - who was first arrested in September 2010 after police found him outside the "Girl Gone Wild" singer's New York apartment with a pocket knife in a bag and an ice pick in a truck - wrote on his Twitter page he will be returning to court on June 19.
"Welcome to my nightmare. Judge Wittner reverses her dismissal decision. Trial set for june 19 2012. My Lawyer Kevin Kitson quits on the spot(sic)" he wrote.
Robert was also found with signs in the back of his truck confessing his love for Madonna, but he claims in an extended Twitter rant the New York police broke the law: "When the 4 rogue NYPD cops destroyed the signs on my car, they broke the law and violated my constitutional right of free speach. XXX Four cowardly rogue NYPD officers beat a handcuffed 59 yo man. He's arrested for nothing except speaking his mind. It all will come to light(sic)"

No Doubt Sue Video Game Company

No Doubt have gained the right for their lawsuit filed against a video game maker to go to trial.
The group fronted by Gwen Stefani, 42, was happy to hear that their complaint against Activision for allegedly exceeding group members' contractual likenesses in Band Hero is going to court.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ramona See denied the Santa Monica, California-based company's petition to throw out the case which means the sides should appear in front of jury later this year.
No Doubt sued the game maker in 2009, accusing them of allowing players to manipulate the quartet's individual avatars in ways they would never have acted in real life. They claimed it violated their publicity rights and turned them into a "virtual karaoke circus act."
The original complaint stated that such manipulations include "unlocking" mechanisms that gave gamers the ability to have Gwen's computer generated image sing in a male voice and also allowed her male bandmates to sing in female voices.
