Lady Gaga has topped the UK charts with her album ARTPOP.
The "Applause" singer scored yet another number one with her latest release, following her previous works The Fame and Born This Way which all took the top spot.
Gaga's success means she has pushed back Eminem's comeback effort Marshall Mather's LP 2 into second place after the album's second single "Monster" featuring Rihanna landed a number one earlier this month. According to the Official Charts Company, the 27-year-old singer also beat off stiff competition from Celine Dion, whose Loved Me Back To Life sits at number three while Little Mix second studio album Salute entered the charts at number four.
Meanwhile, Martin Garrix topped the singles chart with his debut "Animals." The 17 year old Dutch DJ beat out Lily Allen, whose cover of Keane's "Somewhere Only We Know" - featured in John Lewis' Christmas ad - came in at Number Two. The original version of the song also re-entered the chart at Number 29.

Celine Dion wants to record a track with Eminem. The "Think Twice" singer would love to collaborate with the rapper - famed for his controversial and often violent lyrics - to give her more "street cred."
When asked if she'd collaborate with Eminem by AccessHollywood.com, she replied, "I'd love to." The vocalist - famed for her ballads - also talked about getting the seal of approval from her son Rene-Charles, 12, after he found out she'd worked with Sia Furler - who has penned hits including "Titanium" with David Guetta and "Diamonds" for Rihanna - on her new album. "When I told [Rene] I was getting ready to do another album and that there's a new song called 'Loved Me Back to Life' and it was Sia who actually wrote it for me, he said, 'No way.' He couldn't believe it because I'm not cool, and I'm not Rihanna," she explained.

Ne-Yo has recorded a duet with Celine Dion. The "Closer" hitmaker had a "surreal" time in the studio with the "My Heart Will Go On" star and admitted though he was flattered she wanted his vocals on the track, it made him doubt his abilities as a singer.
"The first time I worked for her I wrote a song for her, which in itself was surreal. This time around I actually did a duet with her - it's her and me on one song, which was a challenge to say the least! I was trying to figure what I was even doing there - why would they need my voice when they have hers? She wanted to do the song as a duet and I was flattered, but it definitely made me question my vocal ability," he said.

We gve you a look at celebrities mourning Michael Jackson on Twitter, but many have released longer statements as well. Madonna says she “can’t stop crying” about the death of Michael Jackson.
The singer has been sobbing uncontrollably since she heard the 50-year-old Jackson had passed away yesterday after suffering a cardiac arrest at his Los Angeles home. She said: “I can’t stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless.”
Singer Sir Elton John was halfway though his annual White Tie and Tiara Ball when he heard about Michael’s death. He broke the news to his guests - including Liz Hurley, Hugh Grant, Lily Allen and Kelly Osbourne - before dedicating his song Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me to Michael. Nearly half of his guests left after they found out about the death.
Britney Spears was one of the first to express her grief about the pop icon’s passing. In a statement issued last night, she said: “I was so excited to see his show in London. We were going to be on tour in Europe at the same time and I was going to fly in to see him. He has been an inspiration throughout my entire life and I’m devastated he’s gone!”
