Justin BieberAs if nail polish wasn't enough. Justin Bieber is launching his own fragrance. The "Baby" singer, who recently revealed plans to sell his own line of dolls, is teaming up with Etoile Nation Beauty to create wristbands and dog tags imbedded with a unisex fragrance and said he has been involved in choosing the new scent.

"They actually brought me a bunch of stuff to smell today. One of them smelled too young, too fruity. One was really good," he told WWD.

The new perfume will be priced at $10 and is described as having "a combination of top notes of bergamot, lychee and pomegranate, a heart of cedar glimmers and a dry down of musk."

"This Justin Bieber juggernaut is never going to end. Justin is a total grassroots phenomenon," said Etoile Nation Beauty president Michael Ferrara. Michael thinks that the My World collection - which will feature four different designs including Icon, Energy, Tour and Web - will be successful because fans will be able to "to stack, mix and match, trade and take the scent on the go."

Which celebrity fragrance does Justin favor? "I actually like the Britney Spears perfume on girls. It smells good."

Mary J. Blige Says Sunglasses, Perfume Are Extension of Self

Mary J. Blige eyewearMary J. Blige says her sunglasses range is an "extension" of herself.

The singer recently launched her debut line of eyewear, entitled Melodies by MJB, and says designer sunglasses have always been something she wanted to do because she owns so many pairs. Mary - who also has her own fragrance, My Life - said, "I have probably 1000 pairs of sunglasses. If you look back at my history you'll see me with glasses, lots of shades from Chanel to Christian Dior to Gucci. Sunglasses are an extension of me, just like the fragrance I did is an extension of me. I only do things that I know, that I've done for years."

Mary has previously said she was inspired to do an eyewear line as she was bombarded with so many requests: "Eyewear and perfume are different, but you have to put the same amount of work in. You have to be creative, come up with ideas and be inspired - just like with a song. Sunglasses bestow a certain mysterious look like a Bond girl. People were always saying, 'You should do an eyewear line.' So I said, 'Let's do it.' I want women to be able to hide behind their glasses but also be fashion-forward and comfortable. I didn't make any Grandma glasses."

“When I was starting this project, I really wanted it to be affordable. I looked at some other celebrity fragrances, and they were like $80. Even now, I look at a fragrance that’s $80, and I can’t bring myself to spend that much. In this economy especially, my fans deserve a high-quality, reasonably priced scent.”

The group recently launched three fragrances - Tempt, Tease and Touch - although insisted they weren’t a reflection of their personalities.

“There are three different scents, they are not specific to each of us but we thought as women you like to wear perfume for different occasions and for different times of the day, so we covered all areas,” Heidi said.

Eva Longoria’s Sexy Scent

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Celebrities, Health & Beauty,

Eva LongoriaActress thinks that her perfume is the perfect way to attract a man.

The star launched her debut fragrance, Eva by Eva Longoria, in April, and believes men all over the world will love the scent and want their partners to wear it all the time.

“I want him to devour the woman that’s smelling my fragrance. If he smells my fragrance he should jump on that woman.”

One man who is definitely impressed with the fragrance is Eva’s husband, basketball player Tony Parker: “He loves it. He also is not a very big fan of overpowering scents and so he loves it because this one is really light and subtle.”

Eva says she was keen to create the perfume - which blends citrus notes, jasmine, violet and amber - because she hadn’t worn fragrances for years as she was allergic to them. “I was always envious of my friends who could always wear all this perfume.so that’s when I decided to create Eva,” she said.

Gwen Stefani Struggled With Perfumes

Gwen StefaniSinger-turned-fashion designer admits she found it hard to create five perfumes at once.

The No Doubt front woman, who already has own successful fashion line, L.A.M.B., is to release the Harajuku Lovers Wicked Style Collection in November but says it was tough coming up with smells that would fit the different personalities.

“I think perfume, in general, is really quite challenging. It’s so abstract. And you like something right away, but then you wear it and you’re like, ‘Oh my god, it’s bugging me!’ I think doing five at once is even worse, especially knowing you have the personality of each girl that you’re trying to fit in the perfume and make it as true as possible to the personality of each name of the fragrance. So, yeah, it’s crazy. But it’s super fun. And it’s also the greed in me. I love being able to say, ‘Oh my God, I’ve got five new perfumes!’ And they all kind of work together. They’re all about being sweet and happy . I think they turned out really good this time.”

Gwen recently revealed she is surprised by how successful her fashion line has become, after launching it eight years ago: “I never thought it would turn out this good. I’m really spoiled. These jeans are as good as anything I have.”
