Pioneer has 3 new in-dash GPS systems. At the low end is the 4.3-inch AVIC-U310BT, a voice controlled 2-DIN model with wireless capability and iPod/iPhone control at a price of $700.00. The mid-priced 5.8-inch AVIC-X710BT goes for $1,000.00 while the AVIC-X910BT comes at a cost of $1,200.00. Both have RCA outputs and built-in Bluetooth. The top of the line AVIC-Z110BT $1,800.00 unit has all the features that the other three have, gives map and route info simultaneously with voice control, plus HD and satellite radio capability, and a 7-inch motorized LCD screen.

The 60.5-inch Five-Primary-Color LCD with “Multi-Primary-Color Technology” (special image processing circuitry) gives viewers about 99% of colors that human eyes can detect. Sony has updated their USB Walkman E-Series, the 2GB NW-E042 and 4GB NW-043, and added an 8GB NW-E044. With a 3-line color LCD display, it also has FM tuner, SonicStage V music management software and support MP3, ATRAC, AAC, WAV and WMA. Unfortunately they don’t support DRM music, however each comes with a Stype-UP Panel, an interchangeable skin. The Walkmen come with their own USB cable for charging and sync and EX earbuds with 13.5mm drivers. Look for them in mid-May in Japan with prices ranging from ~$81.00 to ~$132.00.
