Roulette Computer Inventor Claims Up To 100% Advantage Over Casino
Inventor Mark Howe, who has been banned from casinos since the 1990’s, claims that his roulette computer can give you an advantage of 20% to 100% over a casino. The result is that the house’s normal 2.7% edge will be overturned. Because the UK gambling industry will be deregulated next year, amatuer and professional gamblers alike are scrambling to jump on the roulette bandwagon by purchasing such devices.
The UK based newspaper Guardian Unlimited reported that, “Keith Tayler, an ex-croupier and gaming inspector, says regulators are unwilling to ban predicting devices because it would amount to an admission that wheels can be biased.”
The gadget itself consists of a clicker that records deceleration speed of the wheel’s rotor and ball. You are then instructed by earphone which zone the ball will land in. In 2004, a group using this device actually won £1.3m at the Ritz Casino in London. At a price of US$5,000, the basic package includes the computer (inside a Nokia cell phone), an electronically shielded data input cable and button or switch, a DVD with footage of a wheel for practice, and an instruction manual. Let the games begin.

Just to say the Guardian report was rubbish. I did not say punters could sue the Gambling Commission - they might be able to sue the casinos, but it is a big ‘might’.
Mark Howe’s claims - as ‘reported’ by the Guardian - are absurd. Computers have been used to repict numbers from 1961, when the great Claude Shannon and Thorp made the first portable computer to do the job. They are not new and they can be easily defeated by a slight change in the design of roulette wheels.
Please do noy believe all you read in so called ‘quality newspapers’.

Hi folks
If my claims are absurd, come and try the products yourself just like the guardian Reporters did, set up on a level wheel, i can beat level and titled wheels with my mobile phones. Check out the video evidence at http://roulettecomputers.com
If Dr Keith Taylor wishes to have a bet that my roulette computers can beat common roulette wheels found in casinos wether det up level or tilted, then put your money where your mouth is, Iwill bet any amount you wish. I wish people who have not seen something in person, have not tested the device themselves, make comments without knowing the facts.
Regards Edward Thorp and Claude Shannon, they attempted to make a roulette computer in the 1960s, it never worked Dr Taylor, it was analogue, not digital, I should know, I had the priviledge of chatting to Clause shannon before he died several years ago, it never worked.
Also the team from the book, Newtonian Casino, (the Eudaemonic Pie in the UK) never had a workable roulette computer, i have their original program, it had a problem with the interupt drivers and buffers, so never worked or operated successfully, it it had, they would have write about their winning exploits in their book, if you have ever cared to read it?
At the moment, I am the only peorsno to have workable roulette computers that can BEAT LEVEL AND TILTED WHEELS and WHEELS INBETWEEN.
There is Mike Barnet in Australia who has his system based on a IJAM, it works on tilted, but not on level wheels.
Another person claiming to have a paper system and a roulette computer that works is Stefano hourmouzis in australia, but again, his footage is fraudulent and a scam exposed by oursleves at http://computeroulette.com . He uses Dealer manipulation commonly Dealer Signauture where the dealer influences the ball and where it will land in a given sector.
Several of his customers have come forward, after having his computer for several months all claiming its a scam.
So Dr Taylor, most of the sellers, or creators of roulette prediction devices do not have sometihng that can beat all physical eventualities in the casino like our product can. Mmost can only beat very tilted wheels or their devices do not work at all.
I would like to see evidence in the form of footage that either Claude shannon and Ed Thorps computer worked, or The Eudaemonic Pie team?
Or proof from anyone else for that matter with proven footage that is genuine on modern wheels currently found in the casinos.?
Again, we suppy part of some footage showing our computer actually working at http://predictroulette.com
A case study of the internet criminal who owns http://roulettecomputers.com and http://genuinewinner.com and is own review site http://roulettesystemrevies.com is exposed truely at
http://computeroulette.com
We show a full case study of Fraudulent footage, how its done and also give a profile of one of his players with full documented proof that they own his system, payment documents, shipping evidence, email evidence.
So, for ,me, there is only me supplying genuine roulette computer devices that actually work at http://predictroulette.com
if they can easily be beat with certain types of roulette wheels Dr Taylor, how come I can still go in the casinos and make money along with all my purchasers and users of my devices.
YOu do not know the first thing about roulette computers, you have never developed one, do not have any software from one and doubt you understand the first thing about developing one, or the mathematics involved or the practicalities of using one.
Stick to number crunching in the office and let the roulette prediction experts do their magic.
If you knew what I know, and could develop a roulette computer, you would not be working in a office for a megre pittance of a wage but out there like me making the big bucks.
if you wish to match a bet with me for the press that i can beat any standard wheel out of any casinos in a public demo, bring it on, I prefer action, not cheap words. .
Look forward to challenging me
Regards

I have only just read Mark Howe’s comments. He does not appear to understand that ‘all’ roulette wheels are bias - there being no perfect wheel in the real world.
As for his computer - take a toy roulette wheel and his computer is worthless. Toy wheels create a lot ‘chaos’ which cannot be predicted. If casino operators used wheels that created chaos it would increase the spin time by about three or four seconds, which they claim they cannot afford. Obviously Mark’s computer can predict numbers on wheels where there is a low level of chaos. I wrote a programme to do that 25 years ago and others did it before me. It is very simple programme and does not require any advanced hardware.
Modern roulette wheels (i.e. John Huxley) are better than the wheels Mark uses to demonstrate his computer, but they are still more predictable than the average toy roulette wheel. I observed a demonstration of Mark’s computer on his website. He claimed that the wheel was not bias, but it was clearly bias. So I have seen his computer operating and am not surprised it had some success - it is after all a very simple computational problem.
I have never claimed that Mark’s computer could not successfully attack casino roulett wheels - as I say, casino roulette wheels are very badly designed. Not sure whether it would be worth the effort against some of the modern designs, but no doubt a punter with one of his computers could find a wheel and croupier that could give them the edge.
Finally, I have not and do not sell or produce roulette computers. I have no interest in roulette in terms of making money or gaming.
