MobileMe browser help

If you had any question of what browsers would play nice with Apple’s upcoming service, a slip-up by the company earlier today pretty much answers the question. Until pointed out by my pal Cory over at TUAW, the above image was viewable when trying to access .Mac from an . Apple quickly corrected the mistake, and you can check out the updated screenshot after the jump, but basically, it’s just a .Mac help page.

On the MobileMe end of things, it’s no surprise that Apple recommends Safari, followed by Safari, and lastly Internet Explorer 7. It will be interesting to see how many downloads of Safari for Windows MobileMe can help push through.

And oddly enough the Apple guy in the MobileMe tutorial video said that you can use it on any browser.

Well, at least Apple was honest enough to post all the other browsers that MobileMe was compatible with instead of just listing Safari.  If I was Apple, I would put Safari on the top too.  It makes sense to put your own product at the top when you’re listing your competitors also.

Notice that IE7 is last..HAHA! lol raspberry I’m happy that they love Firefox more than IE! Awesome!

Cool that you can use any browser although I would prefer Firefox. Safer then internet explorer. Depends on the person I guess.
