Heidi Montag: Breast Implants Handicapped Me

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Features,

Heidi MontagHeidi Montag claims her breast implants "handicapped" her.

The former reality TV star had her boobs reduced from an F cup to a C cup four weeks ago, after her larger implants caused her severe back and neck pain, numbness in her arms and prevented her from doing everyday tasks.

"Over the past few years my implants have handicapped me, I have not been able to do a lot of things. Over the past nine months I have not been able to do laundry, or look after my dogs or clean my house and I have had to stop working out because my injuries are so severe I cannot even do simple things like rowing or running. I have been limited in my everyday life and the last few months especially have been so uncomfortable and in pain that it has really been taking a toll on my life and my mood," she said.

Harrison Ford Was Told He’d Never Be a Star

Harrison FordHarrison Ford was told by an unknown movie executive that he didn't have what it takes to make it in the industry at the start of his career.

The 71-year-old actor - whose career has spanned six decades and includes high profile roles in Indiana Jones and the original Star Wars trilogy - was told he didn't have the star quality to become successful after beginning his career as an extra in Dead Heat On A Merry Go Round.

"I was in a contract at Columbia Pictures for $150 a week which back then in those days was still only $150 a week. It was ridiculous. My first movie role was a bell boy, a bell man in a hotel. I delivered a note or a telegram or something to James Coburn and my lines were, 'Paging Mr. Jones, Mr Jones, paging Mr. Jones' and he raised his hand and I went over and said, 'Mr. Jones? Room 204?' and he said, 'Yes' and I gave him the note and that was my job," Harrison said, speaking to talk show host Conan O'Brien last night.

Colin Farrell: I Was Becoming Unhireable

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Drugs, Drunk, Features,

Collin FarrellColin Farrell feared he was "unhireable" due to his battles with drink and drugs.

The 37-year-old actor claims entering rehab for addiction to recreational drugs and painkillers in December 2005 helped salvage his burgeoning Hollywood career as he worried producers wouldn't want to hire him because of his hard-partying lifestyle: "I wouldn't have been able to maintain my life. The inside of rehab was a must-see for me at that stage. I was in a bad place. I'm sure I was becoming somewhat unhireable."

Following his sobering experience in rehab, the Irish star has gone on to enjoy critical acclaim in movies such as Saving Mr. Banks, but he says the greatest joys in his life are his two sons James, 10, and four-year-old Henry. When quizzed about his approach to parenting, he said, "Be present. Just run up and take it from there. My sons are fairly well behaved ... I don't know if that's a testament to me or them but they're lovely young fellas. You try to instil respect, politeness and gratitude for what they have and I just enjoy them immensely."

Matthew Morrison: ‘Glee’ Is Over the Cory Monteith “Hump”

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Drama, Music, Prime Time, FOX, Features,

Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, and Cory MonteithMatthew Morrison says that the Glee cast are over the "hump" of Cory Monteith's tribute episode.

The actor admits it was "hard and emotional" to say goodbye to both the actor - who overdosed on heroin and alcohol in July - and his character Finn Hudson in a one-off episode, but says the tragedy has brought them all closer together:

"We've kind of got over that hump of the Cory tribute episode. I'm so happy we did that, it was incredibly tough, hard and emotional for everyone but we all came together, we were happy to be on the other side of that. We're a family and we all have a great relationship with each other, but that just really solidified us and made us stronger."

Matthew was scheduled to play a concert the night he heard Cory had passed away and though he considered cancelling the show, he was happy it went ahead as he found performing "therapeutic." He explained to Britain's OK! magazine, "I had two shows after he passed and thought about cancelling them but I didn't want to let people down, I didn't think Cory would want me to. The shows were so hard to do but I'm happy I did because there is nothing more therapeutic than singing."

Britney Spears: Las Vegas Residency Is Ideal

Britney SpearsBritney Spears believes her Las Vegas residency is "ideal" as she won't have to travel too much.

The "Work Bitch" hitmaker is set to launch Britney: Piece of Me at Planet Hollywood next month, and she is looking forward to the short commute between her home in Los Angeles and Sin City after three "grueling" years of touring:

"I've done two tours in two years in the past three years and it's so grueling, being on the road and staying in a different bed every night. The schedule is insane. I thought it would be ideal to have one place I could go to and I could just travel back and forth to my home after the show. It's going to be different but I'm excited."

The 31-year-old star - who has sons Sean Preston, eight, and Jayden James, seven, with ex-husband Kevin Federline - also opened up about writing her new album, Britney Jean, which she says was like "therapy." Britney admits to feeling "reclusive" at times and having "harder" days in her life, but writing her eighth studio album sparked her creativity.

Clint Eastwood’s Daughter Is an “Adrenaline Junkie”

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Divorce, Weddings, Features,

Francesca EastwoodClint Eastwood's daughter married Jonah Hill's brother on "a whim" because she's "an adrenaline junkie."

Dina Eastwood claims her stepdaughter, Francesca Eastwood, who is having her recent marriage to Jonah's older sibling, Jordan Feldstein, annulled following their nuptials in Las Vegas on November 17, admits she was furious when she found out about the impromptu wedding but dismissed rumors it was a publicity stunt.

The former news anchor, who filed for divorce from Clint last month, told Bethenny Frankel's talk show in a new interview that will air on December 10, "She's an adrenaline junkie. She's a lovely, smart, amazing person who will do a goof-off at a whim." When asked if Francesca got married to boost her own profile, Dina replied, "No, goodness, no PR stunt. Oh gosh. All the Eastwood children are out of the spotlight [and] don't like to do stuff. Francesca would actually do something like that thinking that no one would ever find out. They don't get that they are tied to Clint Eastwood or that they have a little bit of success on their own. So she calls me and says, 'I didn't think anyone would find out.' Are you s***ting me? Like, what are you doing? Get home. I just want to wring her neck, but I am going to hug her too."

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner

Kanye West doesn't like how Keeping Up With the Kardashians is filmed.

The 36-year-old rapper, who is engaged to the reality show's star, Kim Kardashian, admits he refuses to appear on the E! series because he doesn't think the production is up to his "meticulous" standards. "I don't do her show just because I don't like the way the producer shoots some of the shots. I'm very particular to that. I'm meticulous right. And I like to get a different DP [Director of Photography] or whatever," The "Bound 2" hitmaker told New York's 92.3 NOW radio station.

Sandra Bullock Isn’t Missing a Man

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Dating, Features,

Sandra BullockSandra Bullock isn't "missing anything" by being single.

The Gravity star hasn't been seen publicly with a new paramour since her split from ex-husband Jesse James in 2010 but insists she is content being a doting mother to her three-year-old son, Louis.

"If [a relationship] should come along, great. But I feel like I'm not missing anything yet. Maybe one day I will. But my son is three years old, which is an amazing age. Four is an even better age. So if something happens, great, but if not, I've got plenty to do," she said.

The 49-year-old actress' life has been full of joy since she adopted Louis in 2010, but she admits she has a rather bittersweet view of the world based on her past life experiences. "Life is a series of disastrous moments. In between those moments, that's when you savour, savour, savour," she told the new issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine.

Proposal Surprised Lauren Conrad

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Television, Engagements,

Lauren Conrad and William TellLauren Conrad had no idea her fiance was going to propose.

The Hills star's boyfriend, William Tell, popped the question earlier this month, and while she was overjoyed, it came to her completely out of the blue. "I had no idea it was coming. I thought he would wait until he finished law school," she told the new issue of Cosmopolitan.

Lauren added rocker William even managed to pick the right ring all by himself: "He didn't even ask my friends, which was a bold move. He said, 'I know you, and I know what you like.' And I love it. It's perfect."

While Lauren, 27, is planning to wed the Something Corporate star, 33, as early as next autumn, she added the nuptials are only a small part of their overall relationship: "You have the rest of your life to be married. Enjoy falling in love. When girls get caught up in the timeline, it becomes more about the wedding than the marriage. You should be with someone with whom you could elope this weekend and be happy. If you're going to settle down, it should be with someone you can't stop thinking about. Especially if you're in your 20s."

Quote of the Day: Kanye West on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’

Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Prime Time, Reality, Cable, Gossip, Internet,

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the Kardashian reality show

"A lot of what the Kardshians do, I don’t think they get enough credit for what they do. They prep America to accept interracial relationships. I’m not talking about me, I can hope on a plane. I can date a white woman, I can date a black woman, and no matter what they say in the barber shop don’t matter, because I don’t get my haircut there. For the people that do, though, there’s a white woman that’s getting talked down to by her friends because she’s dating a black guy. Now you’ve got a point of reference, that you can say, 'Well, actually this couple right here, that’s dope.'"

- Kanye West points out the importance of the Kardashians' reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
