Hobbytron was at CES in force with their Airsoft guns, a mess free alternative to paintballs. Airsoft guns are battery powered guns that shoot small plastic pellets akin to BBs, only much more realistically. The Airsoft guns are made of metal and have a serious heft to them. Mind you - these things look dangerous - we wouldn’t let kids play with these, lest an eye get shot out. Check out the video for the Airsoft gun, and a quick view of our mad 1337 shooting skills.

Rubbermaid has brought to market an improvement to their CardScan line, a portable business card scanner that makes importing the contact information from business cards a snap. We talked to Garmin about their new Astro 220 Dog Tracking GPS system at CES, and walked away pleasantly surprised at just how well thought out this system truly is. You can track your dog when it’s out of sight, and the handheld portion of the device will even tell you if the dog is sitting, running, or even jumping.
