Belkin TuneDeckBelkin has just announced the TuneDeck for iPod nano. This is a solution for mounting, powering, and playing your iPod nano through your car stereo. The audio goes through a cassette adapter, and the optional mount rotates so that both driver and passenger can get in on the fun. This one launches in July 2006 in North America and will retail at $49.99 USD. Asia, Europe, and Australia need to wait just a little longer to get their hands on it, but it shouldn’t be too long.

Invisible Shield product imageBack in December we reviewed The Invisible Shield” from Shield Zone and thought it was an excellent product that could be improved in its installation process. We were pleased to see that Shield Zone is now including an application solution bottle and some nice instructions with every package sent to customers.  This makes the installation process a lot easier and painless. No more do you have to guess with the soap to water ratio or referring back to online instructions. Once again, if you’re about to buy an iPod, you need to protect your investment with this product.

Pacific Designs sent us their Rolling Lite briefcase bag, and we put it through the wringer over the past month. Surprisingly, this thing is solid, providing a seemingly endless number of pockets along with a dedicated space for a 15” or smaller laptop. Griffin RoadDock PSP

We all know that the PSP is probably the best portable media machine out there in terms of video playability. The one downside has always been figuring out a way to watch a full-length movie on the device without your wrists cramping all to hell. Griffin aims to solve that problem with the RoadDock. using a 2-inch-wide nylon strap that affixes the PSP to a car or airplane headrest, the device has a dock that you can snap your PSP into, allowing you to have a perfect viewing angle while watching content on the device. Yes, the device provides built-in tilt and rotation. You can pre-order one now for $29.99 USD - they are scheduled for release later this month.

Ponzi Archetype

We had our girl Ponzi take the new Tom Bihn Archetype bag (in Leopard print!) for a spin since we knew she would look a lot better carrying around a bag like this than we would. She tested the bag with her 12” ThinkPad, and reports back with her thoughts on the new bag. You can check out the Archetype Gallery for more images, and the full review after the jump.

iVod Video Review

In case you missed our video review of the Vaja iVod Video, we figured we would flesh out our thoughts in print as well. The Vaja iVod Video cases for the 5th generation iPod with video are impressive, and this one was made using the Vaja Choice service. First impressions count, and as you can see, the product was custom-made with Gear Live orange and gray taking center stage. We took tons of images which you can find in our iVod Video Gallery, and give our full impressions, after the jump.

Xbox Live Vision CameraPlayfeed has just posted a video of the Xbox Live Vision Camera in action during a game of UNO. Apparently, those with a camera enabled have their Gamer Picture replaced by their video feed - in this case, a dog wandering around the room. The Xbox Live Vision Camera will hit stores on September 19, 2006.

Bose SoundDock

Bose has recently updated their SoundDock iPod accessory, finally making the product available in black to go along with the new 5th generation iPods with video. Some say that the SoundDock produces better sound than the iPod HiFi while remaining $50 cheaper than the official Apple product. You can pick up a Bose SoundDock in either black or white for $299 USD.
