KT4VL BIOS v1.9
Source:
Make sure you read the procedure throughly first, if you mess up you can kill your motherboard.
If you do kill it, read the recovery instructions
Don’t expect to be able to recover all motherboards, this ability is a feature on some boards, MSI included.

yeah my friend had this same problem.. he updated his bios and i think he also partitioned it..
best way to get it done.. google your problem.. seriously 90% of computer problems have been experienced by others and usually solved by others. That may give you more detailed directions/new ideas

You need to get the manufacture name and model number of your motherboard which is inside of you computer. Then go to the company website look for downloads/updates for your specific model motherboard. There they should also have instructions on how to update/flash your motherboard bios.
Or, maybe you can post your manufacture name and model number here and one of us can look it up for you 😉

MSI or Micro-Star International is the manufacturer or my board and the board model is the MSI MS-6712. Any help would be greatly apprecieated, as I have homework. :D Also I am 14 and though I know a lot about computers, not this much, unfortunately, as I want a job in the computers field. :D

Nope, thats the only way with your motherboard. Motherboards vary from company to company. Like for ASUS, you can just double click and run the program within windows to flash your BIOS. And on others, you have to do it from the command prompt, like on yours from MSI.
Read over the instructions carefully before you do anything. It’s actually pretty easy, just need to follow them carefully.

they might not of rounded off, it depends on whether your drive is being measured in binary or decimal figures, it makes a difference.

Where can I buy one of those cards to support this, because that seems to be the easiest way, and my mobo doest seem to support larger than 137GB.
