[quote author=“benplaut”]not completely sure what you’re talking about… but…
thats wen you select the text. But when you click on an irc link, there is not text to select, it automatically copies it for you.

Ok this is te only browser I use. But as I come to IRC links it wont work. Does anyone know of a way to get this to work with irc. As I click the links MIRC loads and goes to the channel, but its also supposed to copy that code onto your clipboard, well on firefox it doesnt do that. Does anyone know of a way to?
I hope you all understand me 😊

OK I figured it out from a source at another forum here it goes.
type “about:config” without quotes into the address bar. In the “Filter” field type “signed”. There should only be one entry now, double click on so it is set to true.

Yeah, but I think Launch should do the changing, not Firefox. It’s launches fault for not making it compatiable. I’ve been meaning to email them about that.

I have installed a few themes and when I try to use them it says “restart firefox”. So I do just that, but when I open it back up I still have te same theme. I have restarted my computer and everythig and when I go back to the themes, the new theme I selected still says to restart Firefox. Does anyone know whats going on?

restart the browser then goto Tools>Themes>choose your theme
You should be good, also make sure the theme is compatible with your current version of firefox
this post’ll probably end up in the computer board by the way

I have done that, but the theme I have selected just keeps saying restart firefox.
And yes Im using 1.0. This just started happening like this week, it used to load right after I restarted Firefox

Check your internet connection settings on IE and use that for reference when setting up firefox.

hey yum114, i started having the same problem
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=215152&highlight=themes
The second post there helped me. Click Start->Run-> type “firefox -p” (without firefox running.)
Create a new profile with a suitable name.
Open Firefox with new profile created. Try to see if this new profile will accept new themes. If yes then there is a problem with your old profile. You may want to move bookmarks and preferences from old profile to new one and use new one as default.
