Elle MacphersonElle Macpherson admits that she really loves underwear.

The supermodel, whose lingerie line Elle Macpherson Intimates is the biggest-selling range in the UK and her native Australia, says she has is obsessed with matching lingerie sets as she believes they are essential to looking good.

“It’s a real fetish for me, always has been. You name it, I have it. I have more than 50 sets of lingerie. Good lingerie really changes the shape of your body under clothes so your hips, waist and breasts look the best they can. It’s the underpinning of everything. And it’s just beautiful to put on a matching set of lingerie. You feel beautiful and sexy.”

The 47-year-old beauty also says she doesn’t worry about getting old because it’s something she can’t do anything about: “I can’t stop time. I just feel really appreciative that I’m so strong and healthy. I ran this morning for six miles, I do yoga and waterski and I’m nearly 50. My body’s fared me well.”

L'Wren Scott and Mick JaggerL’Wren Scott is grateful for her height.

The model-turned-fashion designer, who is dating Rolling Stones legend Sir Mick Jagger, says being 6ft 3in tall has taught her to be comfortable with her looks and not worry about what anyone is saying about her.

“I think that I have always had composure. I don’t think that you can be 6ft 3in and care if people talk about you. So I think, just from sheer stature, I developed a kind of shield early on.”

As well as modeling and fashion designing, L’Wren used to be a stylist to the stars and says it was a privilege to play a big part in someone’s fashion choices: “I always felt honored to be asked, that somebody trusted you to help them with their personal style.”

However, she knew that while she was doing it, she never gave up on her dream to become a designer, something she has now achieved: “It wasn’t really the fashion focus I wanted. So I kept shifting my focus closer and closer to my objective of being a designer.”

Daphne Guinness is the new face of Nars cosmetics.

The style icon - who recently modeled in Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief show to raise money for those affected by the Haiti earthquake disaster - has been selected by her friend Francois Nars to front the new campaign for the company, as he thought she was the perfect ambassador.

“She fits the image of the brand so well. She’s very creative and elegant and is a chameleon. And she really loves make-up - the whole process of it. Any makeup artist dreams of having someone like that as a muse.”

DereonAlthough she adores shoes, Solange Knowles isn’t impressed with sister Beyonce’s junior clothing line.

The 24-year-old singer was the face of fashion line Dereon, which “Single Ladies” hitmaker and her mother Tina launched in 2006, but stepped down because the outfits are something she wouldn’t normally wear.

“I initially was involved as the spokesperson, but the clothes just didn’t reflect my personal style and I decided to hand that over.”

Despite not being a fan of Beyonce’s fashion line, the mother-of-one loves the bedding collection she and Tina have done and would like to promote that: “That’s the great thing about my family. We work together so closely that if something’s not working out, we can be honest about it and there won’t be any grudges or issues. I will say though, they did just do a bedding line that I am extremely in love with and I was like, ‘Can I model that… in my house?”

Although Solange wouldn’t wear the clothes, the fashion line is very successful and Beyonce’s debut scent Heat has been a huge hit.

Cyrystal Renn in Fashion for Passion

Can you spot plus-size model Cyrstal Renn in these photos? Yeah, I didn’t think so. This may be the first time that I’m actually hoping that the photo editors were a little click-happy when it came to this campaign for Fashion for Passion, photographed by Nicholas Routzen.

For a model who has been heralded as the forerunner for plus-size models in high fashion, she sure doesn’t look like it! Still ever so gorgeous, she looks half the size she did at the Chanel Cruise Show.

What do you think of Renn’s magical weight loss?

Christina Hendricks on the cover of HealthVoluptuous starlet Christina Hendricks felt “gorgeous” after gaining weight.

The actress thinks she was too skinny when she was a model and was thrilled when she piled on the pounds after living in Italy because she started to look like a real woman.

“I guess my mom raised me right. She was very celebratory of her body. I never heard her once say, ‘I feel fat.’ Back when I was modeling, the first time I went to Italy I was having cappuccinos every day, and I gained 15 pounds. And I felt gorgeous! I would take my clothes off in front of the mirror and be like, Oh, I look like a woman. And I felt beautiful, and I never tried to lose it, ‘cause I loved it.”

Although the 35-year-old star is happy with her curves, she admits she’s had to start going to the gym but has surprised herself by how much she enjoys it:

Alex Watson for BurberryGotta love celebrity nepotism: helped give her younger brother his modeling break.

The Harry Potter actress is the face of British fashion house Burberry and sibling Alex was shopping in the store, where he was soon introduced to the firm’s creative director .

“I was actually shopping for a suit in Burberry to wear at one of Emma’s premiere’s when someone from the brand approached and said ‘I think I think you should meet with Christopher.’”

Before he knew it, Alex had been cast alongside his famous sister in a Burberry campaign and while he is a novice, Emma has been giving him advice: “It was such a shock but it was a pretty good gig. Emma’s been really great - we get on very well but it’s good to have her there to give me tips. Her main one is to relax and don’t be scared. Easier said than done though. She’s just so efficient!”

Although it wasn’t a career he set out to do, Alex is loving every moment of being a model:

Lara StoneWith her gorgeous, natural looks, it shouldn’t be surprising that only needs half an hour to get ready.

The Dutch supermodel - who was recently named as the new face of Calvin Klein - says her style is very minimal, and while she enjoys getting dressed up for a night out, it doesn’t take her too long.

“I like quite minimalist clothing. I always feel awkward in bright color or prints, although I have been trying to wear more, and it’s really not as bad as I thought. In the evening I like to dress more sexy. I have a few of those really skin-tight little Alaia dresses that I love. It’s only recently that I started to enjoy getting all dressed up for a night out. But I still like to keep it simple. I hardly ever need more than half an hour to get ready.”

Lara stayed true to her style when she married British comedian David Walliams last month in a full-length corseted dress designed by Riccardo Tisci: “It was perfect for me, thanks to Riccardo Tisci, who knows me so well. It was very romantic without being too sweet - and sexy, but in a very simple, understated way. I know it sounds cliche, but I found it timeless. I’m sure I’ll still love it in 50 years. It was perfect.”
