Jim Carrey: He’s been the Riddler, Scrooge and the Grinch—and now it’s time for Carrey to play grandfather. The 47-year-old’s daughter, Jane, delivered a baby boy on Friday morning. Jackson Riley Santana is the first child for the singer and her musician husband Alex Santana.

It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:

Padma Lakshmi: There’s something in the water in that Top Chef kitchen. Back on August 1, judge Tom Colicchio’s wife delivered a baby boy. Now Padma is expecting a child of her own. The pregnancy is being considered a near “medical miracle” for the long-time endometriosis sufferer. (Lakshmi is actually a co-founder of Endometriosis Foundation of America.) Because of her “delicate” condition, her rep has asked the media “to respect Ms. Lakshmi’s privacy at this time.” The identity of the baby’s father is unknown.

Fellow Colleagues Speak Out About Natasha Richardon’s Death

Less than 24 hours after she officially passed, we are learning more about Natasha Richardon’s life and death.

Earlier today, the New York City Medical Examiner’s office determined the 45-year-old’s death was a simple accident caused by “blunt impact to the head.”

Meanwhile, friends and colleagues have been showering Richardson’s family members with kind words about the actress.
